This is a large ground-level house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Private master en-suite for additional privacy. This space can host up to 8 lucky guests with 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed and 1 twin over twin bunk.

Enjoy making some breakfast for the fam or cocktails for your friends in the large kitchen with updated appliances and an oversized island. Watch the sunset from the patio that is equipped with plenty of seating and lounge chairs, with a grass yard for the kids and pets to run around. A large family style table will suit large groups for a home cooked feast.

Laundry room with washer and dryer. We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue and basic toiletries. Any additional supplies should be brought by the guest.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises. Smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest.

Dogs are welcome up to 50 pounds. Limited to two dogs. $150 pet deposit per dog.
