Peaceful Paradise - 2204, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Everything was awesome from the condo, the weather, the beach, and the Gulf. My husband and I just spent 4 nights in this condo. The reservation process was fast and seamless. Nancy was a pleasure to work with and was a great host. She was quick to respond to texts and emails. The condo was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The view from the 22nd floor was amazing. The elevators were fast and clean. We did take advantage of Schooner's, one of our favorites, being next door. Seychelles is so convenient to our other favorite restaurants that it allowed us to be on the beach a little longer each day. We enjoyed the balcony each morning and night. I highly recommend Seychelles 2204 and we hope to stay in it again.

We just stayed at this condo for our 3rd year in a row, and I’m already working on booking for next summer! Nancy (who does the booking for her mother, Mrs. Rewis) is always a pleasure to work with! She makes booking this condo super easy! They even offer a payment plan if you need to go that route! The condo itself is always clean, and well kept. It has a beautifully decorated beach theme. All the furniture is super comfy, and makes you feel right at home. The views from the balcony are spectacular!! My family and I visit every year, and this is by far my favorite condo to stay in! The location of the condo is perfect!! Seychelles is right beside Schooners (a local favorite restaurant) which makes grabbing dinner super easy. We were even able to go put our name in, and then wait in our room for a table! One of my husbands favorite things is it doesn’t take forever to get an elevator so getting to and from your room is quick! Overall, just a perfect beach condo for your perfect beach vacation!

I have to admit that I got a little nervous about being on the 22nd floor before getting there. I was there less than 5 minutes and I was on the balcony admiring the views. It was absolutely perfect!! The condo itself was perfect. Very neat, clean, roomy and beautifully decorated!! It included everything you could possibly need. I was up early every morning admiring the sunrise and watching the dolphins go by. In the evening you can watch the most beautiful sunset from the balcony. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We will be back!!

I will say this right off the bat, of course the beach and ocean were wonderful but this review is about the unit 2204 itself. I couldn’t have been more pleased!! Everything in the description of the unit was exactly as I found it. The colors and decorations were so welcoming and bright, The beds were comfortable, The floors looked amazing and were easily swept over to minimize the sand carried in on feet. Nancy was amazing to work with and I will most certainly be staying in this unit again!! As soon as we were unloaded and had a chance to sit down, it just felt like home. With the unit being located on the top floor, it had several advantages: there was no noise above us and the views from the balcony were breathtaking!! The elevators were the fastest that I have ever been on in PCB, we never waited longer than 2 minutes. Please trust me that if you are thinking about renting this unit, you will not be disappointed!

My wife and I recently spent 9 nights at this condo. I'm almost hesitant to give this review because we loved this place so much and want to keep this gem to ourselves! The condo has recently been remodeled with new everything. Nancy was super at communication and I felt as though I've known her forever. We've never stayed so high up before (22nd Floor), but it was not an issue. It has all the comforts of home. We love the area since its at the eastern end of PCB and pretty quiet, especially in off season. We love to eat at Schooners, but found our new favorite place at Patches Pub (Both are walking distance). We look forward booking this condo again next year!! When first looking for condos being this was our first, we were very indecisive about it being on the 22nd floor with a 3 yr old. But, oh my gosh, the view is spectacular, the noise is just from the waves and its absolutely stunning. The owners are def fantastic, nancy is such a wonderful person. Any time I texted her about anything which wasnt bad, was pictures here or there showing the family on this lovely vacation she was always responsive and so sweet. If i could give this higher star rating we def would. Being right on the beach was a plus for us with a beach view. We will definitely be making this vacation rental our "yearly spot". The kids were so sad to leave, the atmosphere with the other people staying here is fantastic as well! Cant wait to go back next year.

Wow! This condo was beautifully decorated, and so clean. The views from the 22nd floor are amazing! I was so impressed with how well kept everything in the condo was. Ms. Nancy (who does the booking for her mother) was a pleasure to work with. She was always so helpful and responsive to any questions I had. It was like talking with a friend when speaking with her. My family and I visit PCB every year, and this has by far been my favorite condo and owners to rent from. I’m currently messaging Ms. Nancy now about our stay in summer 2020. The location is great. Right beside a local favorite, Schooners, and also at a quiet end of the beach. Book this condo!! I don’t think you will be disappointed!!

My family stayed at this condo for a week. We originally was looking at other places and my wife’s search to find the better deal came across this one. We was able to stay 7 days instead of 4 to 5 for the same price so it’s competitive with other places. It was a concern being on the very top floor but after being there on the balcony you can hear the waves over everything else so that’s one thing we wanted. A positive to being on the top floor was I heard other guest complaining how the people above them was up and down all night and you could hear them walking across the floor all night. We never had this problem. My wife was in contact with them over many months sharing pics of everything and giving updates. We was able to get in the condo earlier than expected which was a plus. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was a couple issues beyond their control such as losing power for short period of time because of the tropical storm Barry which caused the pump for the water to the condo to lose its prime. When we noticed there was no water my wife texted them and they called her immediately and said they would take care of it and they did. It was back on in no time. I don’t say this as a negative but a positive to let people know how quick they was to respond to any issues that came up. A lot of the attractions that people go to you have to drive a little ways to get there and there are condos closer to them but when you get to those areas the traffic is insane. The traffic was never bad around this condo so that was a plus and we didn’t mind driving to get where we was going but I wouldn’t want to stay at the others because of the traffic. Overall stay was excellent from having everything we needed and place being clean there was no complaints from us. If we ever visit Panama City again this will be the only place we stay. Highly recommend if you want to stay away from the traffic and want peace and quiet and want a great view of the beach.

We rented from the Rewis’s for a week from the moment we walked through the door to the time we left we felt at home the whole process of renting the condo was so easy thanks to Nancy she was so helpful and checked in often! It was clean which is a huge thing for me because I normally don’t ever feel clean in condos when we go on vacation the price is very reasonable and I would absolutely rent from them again!

This condo is AMAZING! Seriously. This condo was more than we could’ve asked for. It far exceeded all of our expectations. The owners daughter, Nancy was very hospitable. We couldn’t have asked for more a gracious host. No matter the question I had, or when I had it, she was always quick and eager to give an answer. The condo is gorgeous and it tastefully decorated. The views are breathtaking! Not going to lie, I was a little hesitant about staying on the top floor since I am beyond terrified of heights. With some encouragement from Nancy, I took the chance, and I’m so glad that I did! You can see everything from the balcony! We all spent extended amounts of time out there with our binoculars enjoying the view. Our 18 year old loved it so much that he slept on the lounge chair every night and he is NOT a fan of being outside much. So even if you have a fear of heights, don’t let that deter you! You’ll be glad you didn’t. The beds were all very cozy (and apparently the lounge chair as well). I slept soundly every night. According to my Fitbit I spent less than 20 minutes awake each night; when I generally average 1.5 hours- so that’s huge for me! The younger boys (12 & 15), loved having the option of sleeping on bunk beds or the pull out sofa and on occasion, the recliner. There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable. The condo was well equipped with anything you could have ask for. I consider myself to be well- prepared, but the Rewis’s have me beat! From all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies, to a fan, to heating pad- they’ve got it! The locations was very nice, it’s quiet and peaceful in that area. We loved that we were in walking distance to St. Andrews. We very much enjoyed our sunrise strolls along the beach to go and explore the park. We connected with several locals and employees of the Seychelles and they were all wonderful. This will be “our place” for all future visits.

I rented this condo for a girls weekend getaway. They were really easy to work with and I received quick responses to all of my emails! Their condo is exactly as the pictures show, very nice and clean. I will definitely rent again in the future!
