Luxury 3/2.5 Beachfront Condo , Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

It was a beautiful condo with access to the pools and beach and everything we needed. Stores and restaurants were close and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again! loved it. Just note - when you arrive - you must park in a parking deck (so don't bring a Thule box) [although we learned they fit in the elevator!!!]. Also the address listed isn't clear - make sure to navigate to THE SHORES OF PANAMA - otherwise you wind up in the next town! once you arrive you will have to purchase wrist bands and a parking pass (an extra 100) - but really - even though we got lost, had to pay for the passes, and walked a huge Thule box up and down the halls - the place was totally worth it!!!! Our family loved the view, the space, the location and the feeling of a cozy, quiet getaway in the middle of everything! We highly recommend this place! Kurt was super communicative, when I thought to ask anything!

Beautiful place and location! Kurt did a great job communicating and answering any question that I may have had. spectacular location and great condominium.
What's helpful to would be renters, and 100% outside the owners control, the security is a bit militant in some ways (not a bad thing!).
I'm 49 years old and retired from the military and I swear the security reminded me of being on a military post. Every car parked is checked for a pass every single night. I wouldn't at all be surprised to be stopped and checked for an arm band multiple times during your stay. Quiet time is at 2200 hours each night, and announced over the intercom in all common areas. This is a good thing if you're going somewhere to relax and rest! I loved it!
I would recommend staying at Kurt's place if I got the opportunity!
