Welcome to Splash 1503 West.  This unit is on the 15th Floor in the West Tower that was renovated in 2021 (All new furniture such as a seafoam green sleeper sofa, lounge chair, and two chairs).  All New Samsung Smart TVs 50-55".

This condo has views of the beach and Gulf off the balcony. The primary bedroom and living room walk out to a large balcony with plenty of room to relax for everyone.  The unit sleeps up to 8.  One King mattress, one Queen mattress, one Queen sleeper sofa and bunk bed area with two Twin size mattresses.
