A Wave From It All!, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This condo was outstanding!!! It had everything we needed for a week in the beach. The rooms and bathrooms were all incredibly nice and updated. We through enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella reserved also. Overall a great experience

One of the best vacays ever! It was myself, my husband, and my 77 year old mama. My entire family has been coming to PCB for over 40 years. Sterling Reef 1105 was one of THE best places!!! Impeccably clean, beautiful, and had anything/everything we could need. All the amenities. Any pot, pan, utensil or dish we could need. The smell of the towels made me jealous and I wished I could get mine to smell THAT good, lol. Beach accessories in the closet, too! Has a master shower to die for! We ubered everywhere with ease. Also, the beach chair reservations were an AHHHMAZING addition! Robby and his crew that ran the chair services were the best and nicest, and now friends! Our stay at 1105 Sterling Reef was definitely a HOME away from home!! Loved so much! Thank you!!! Will definitely book again!

I think the title of this review tells you everything you need to know. The condo was well decorated and didn’t feel overly “beachy” or “touristy”. It felt comfortable. Like being at home in a tropical locale. Loved it immediately. If that wasn’t enough to make you enjoy your stay, the owners of the condo were phenomenal. Great communication and responded immediately. We had an issue with the dvd player but got it all worked out and was literally our only hiccup for the whole trip. Like I said, this condo was perfect. We’ve stayed at Sterling Reef many times over the years and this is by far THE BEST condo we’ve had the privilege of calling “home” for a week. Will definitely stay in this unit again when we venture our ways down to PCB in the future.

We have stayed at Sterling Reef several times but this was our favorite unit. Pretty decor with well stocked kitchen- coffee filters, paper plates, coffee, air fryer, spices, etc. Beach towels and beach equipment was an added bonus. We loved our stay and will stay here again.

We loved it here! This is the first condo we have stayed at that was actually fully stocked with anything you may need. Kitchen had everything. They even had beach supplies like chairs and beach toys. The room was clean and perfect for us, we had 5 adults and a toddler. The owners for very easy to get ahold of and very nice! The beach was never over crowded and the addition of the beach chairs and umbrella made a day on the beach perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this condo! Had everything we needed as a family of 5. Super clean and organized. Great view! Pool was open, though we just enjoyed the ocean. :) Two pool chairs and an umbrella included on the beach. Never needed to contact the host, though felt we absolutely could if needed. Great communication. Loved our stay!

The condo was one of the best condos we have stayed in. It was beautiful and very comfortable.

Great location and condo unit. Entire family enjoyed our stay (including three teenagers). Owner provided plenty of information and everything needed for a great stay. Highly recommend this unit and owner.
