To reserve condo 610B, please email, call or text Sue Prescott at 205-613-3555. When the rental rate and dates have been determined, reserve our condo with a $300 refundable security/damage deposit by calling Summerhouse at 1-800-354-1112. The rental rate, taxes and cleaning fee are due when you check-in at the Summerhouse on arrival date. Must be 25 years old to rent.

Forfeit $150 of security deposit for cancellations more than 21 days of check-in date

We had a wonderful stay in 610B the view was awesome! The condo was so clean & relaxing & furnished with everything you would need, even the kitchen with beautiful dishes and cookware......very nice and well taken care of. It gave us a good feeling as soon as we walked in the door.....very cozy, I could have just lived there! If you haven't stayed at Summerhouse before, please give them a try, the grounds are lovely & well taken care of, it is a wonderful "family" orientated place!

Walked in the door and we knew it was going to be a great week. Condo was clean and beautiful. It is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in.. Furniture and beds were great and entire unit was very tastefully decorated.
Enjoyed the nice weather and met very nice people. We will definitely be back.

This is my 2nd time staying at this condo. This condo is very clean, the view is fantastic, the complex is very quiet at night and the grounds are kept very nice and clean. The guy that manages the chairs on the beach (Jonathon) was extremely nice and helpful in everyway. Also, there was some construction going on while we were there, but I have to say, they bothered no one, they were always nice and courteous. Can't complain about anything and had an absolutely wonderful time!! Also, Sue is the best to work with, responds fast, and is always extremely nice!!! Thanks you again for our week in PCB!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this condo and my experience working with Sue. We have been going here for the last 3 years and its like my home away from home. Condo is in a great location. Easy access to beach. This is the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in. Layout is really nice. New carpet is awesome. Loved all the mirrors. Office staff very nice with fast and easy check in and check out. Beach staff stays on duty for anything you may need. Will definitely be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The two pools were nice, but occasionally crowded during certain times, but this is peak season. The beach and the complimentary beach chairs were a great addition. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony just enjoying the view of the ocean.

For your convenience, The Summerhouse manages our condo giving you all the services of the front desk 24/7. Beach chair service is included with rental. Additional beach chairs are located in the condo. High speed internet just installed with Roqu capabilities on all large flat screen TVs.
All new furniture including master bedroom, guest bedroom and living area furniture (upgraded sleeper sofa) as well as new carpet in bedrooms and living area completed in Fall 2022.
Come and enjoy the white sandy beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast, which is only a short walk away from the pool area through the large gazebo.
Our private balcony faces the gulf and overlooks the two beach-side pools (one heated), kids pool and hot tub area. From the balcony, you can enjoy a great view of the evening sunset and catch the dolphins playing in the ocean while drinking your morning coffee. You can, also, enjoy the ocean view from the living area and a reflection from our mirrored wall in the kitchen.
The master bedroom holds a spectacular view of the gulf from the king-size bed and features sliding glass doors with access to the balcony. The master bath includes two large closets. In the guest bedroom, you will find two full-size beds, another large closet and direct access to the guest bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. Hair dryers are available in both bathrooms.
This unit is equipped with large flat screen TVs in the two bedrooms and 50" Smart TV in living room. Roqu capibilities and high speed Wi-Fi are included for your enjoyment.
The recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped, including a side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice dispensers in the door and Keurig as well as regular coffee pot. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the unit for your convenience.
The condo is located within a short drive to Pier Park. There is great dining, shopping, and a new 1500 ft pier. Also, our location is only minutes away from St. Andrews State Park, deep sea fishing and scuba diving charters, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and amusement parks.
The Panama City Beach Airport is now open with service from major airlines.
This family friendly resort offers a number of recreational resort amenities for our guests to enjoy, such as swimming, hot tub, tennis, basketball, video games, shuffleboard, racquetball, and billiards. Complimentary rackets and balls are located at the front desk. If you choose to dine in and continue to enjoy the beach, take advantage of the four gas grills available with picnic tables. The front desk provides lighters for the grills.
