This Condo is absolutely the BEST! Large, open & roomy with the most beautiful views no matter where you are inside or out on the surround balcony. You are right over the sand with view of the beach & ocean in every direction, plus both pools. Beautifully decorated & one of the most comfie beds I’ve slept on. Everything you could need provide & some. On the quieter end near St Andrews Park but close to great restaurants. Can’t wait until I can go back!

I have stayed in many condos but this one is at the top of my list. The view was absolutely stunning. Very roomy and open. You can see the ocean from every room. I will most definitely be staying here again.

915C at the Summer house has one of the greatest vantage points overlooking the Emerald waters of the Gulf. The Summerhouse has been a long time home of mine for many years through many different seasons. This wrap unit is the ultimate getaway with its panoramic views not only enjoyed on the balcony during spectacular nightly sunsets, but equally enjoyed inside as well. Spacious for entertaining family, or guest you’ve just met on vacation! 915C has some of the best accommodations I’ve seen while staying at the Summerhouse, with its fresh take on interior design, spacious bedrooms with private balcony access, and full kitchen at your disposal! I would definitely, and do look forward to visiting 915C again just for that extra “flare” that this unit provides.

We have rented a condo in this complex for 8 consecutive winters. This will be #9 for us. We love The Summerhouse. The public facilities are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Each condo is privately owned and decorated. This condo is decorated flawlessly. The kitchen supplies are all there and in great shape. Our new owners (Kimberly) are so approachable and get any repairs done as soon as they know about them. We hope they keep renting out this glorious space to us until they are ready to retire and spend their winters in paradise!!
