However, you choose to spend your beach vacation, this home away from home will suit all of your needs! ***IMPORTANT**** You must be at least 25 years of age to book and check-in. The unit accommodates only 4 people (including children of all ages) per HOA regulations. If you have more people, you will not be able to check in and your money will not be refunded. ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass (Only 1 per Condo March through Sept) and wristbands. The cost of the parking pass is $30 and the wristbands are 5$ each + tax. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 4 guests INCLUDING children and infant.
