Perfectly located on the first floor, this cozy retreat comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this Sunbird condo has everything you need for a perfect beachside escape. ***IMPORTANT**** You must be at least 25 years of age to book and check-in. The unit accommodates only 4 people (including children of all ages) per HOA regulations. If you have more people, you will not be able to check in and your money will not be refunded. ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass (Only 1 per Condo March through Sept) and wristbands. The cost of the parking pass is $30 and the wristbands are 5$ each + tax. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 4 guests INCLUDING children and infant. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fine and ejection.
