Oceanfront Views with Million $ Sunsets, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This is our second time staying at this condo and we will be back. We love the location, it’s convenient for almost everything, eating, shopping and site seeing. Everything is a short drive or even walking distance. The views from the balcony is spectacular. The condo is stocked with about everything you need for the beach. We especially enjoyed the sea shell bags and the backpack cooler. Michelle is fantastic. A++ for communication, cleanliness of condo, and for location. The beach is the best, it’s just paradise!

Our stay during New Year's Eve and into the new year was soooooo relaxing. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The views were spectacular! The accommodations were very comfortable and the condo was nicely decorated. We recommend this to everyone that wants a great stay at the beach!

First off I have to give a huge shout out to our hosts. They were so communicative and made sure we wanted for nothing. The Condo was under renovations and Michelle kept us informed about all expectations. It turned out to be of little notice at all. The sunbird was awesome as the beaches there were much less crowded than anywhere else we have found around the area. This Condo comes complete with everything you need to include two beach chairs and umbrella set up on the beach daily. Let’s talk about the views….you aren’t going to find much better views than this condo. The bedroom has its own access to the balcony with a sliding glass door, as well as the living room and then you still have another wall of picture windows. The pictures you see in the listing really do not do the view justice. The location is perfect for east side attractions. We like to avoid the west side places like pier park which are tourist traps. As far as safe, the entire condominium complex is gated and fenced with full time guards which are active at patrolling, we didn’t encounter any nonsense during our stay, which is hard to say at some places in PCB. Overall we just can’t say enough good things about this condo and our hosts. We will be returning!!!

Wonderful vacation

This is the cutest and most comfortable place to stay. It is well stocked with everything we needed and it is convenient to Walmart and several good restaurants. We will most definitely be back!

Staying here 100% made our vacation even greater than we anticipated! It had every amenity we could need, and the view was absolutely beautiful from every window and from the balcony (even way better than advertised) It made our trip very memorable and we never wanted to leave!!

Unpleasant construction.Great place with a lot of extras like 2 Beach chairs with umbrella provided, all kitchen appliances, beach toys( boogie boards and sand toys ECT...) Our host was always quick to respond to our inquiries. The only bad part was the on going remodeling which made it impossible to rest during the day with loud drilling from morning to late afternoon.

The condo was exactly what was shown in the listing. Beautiful comfy condo with amazing views of the ocean and the beach. The sunsets was amazing. With Pineapple Willies right next door made it even better. You can get alcohol to go in refillable cups. Night walks on the beach was one of my favorites! We will definitely be coming back! Get over the fact the property is pushing 40. The location is great, the beach is beautiful, and you're provided beach chairs! The condo is small but perfect for a couple. Extremely well decorated and appointed with everything you need for a wonderful stay.

We were here for a few days on a family vacation. It was wonderful! Michelle went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Everything was excellent. The view is incredible, and the location is perfect. We are already looking at booking another stay here!

This guests just booked for 2024 and in our conversation he says, "We stayed in this condo 2 years ago and the views are incredible here." I asked him if it was our exact condo and he said, "same one, I searched until I found it! It made us contemplate why we live in Alaska, lol. We look forward to staying there again!"

This place is a little bit of paradise! The views are AMAZING! The condo is so nice and clean! Every little comfort of home is in this place. We will definitely be staying here again! The property owner is very good at communicating with you and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Everything just as nice as all the pictures describe. When it said million $ views, that is exactly what they are, and from every room! The condo has it all, very clean and comfy and even includes your choice of coffees and cream with a Keurig coffee maker. The beach chairs and umbrella are such an added bonus. No more lugging your own chairs back and forth to the beach.....wonderful!

We can not say enough nice things about dealing with the owners. Kathy is fantastic, very caring and wanting the best for her guests. Thank you again Kathy.....this was a memorable week for us.
