You can’t go wrong with this unit and this awesome owner. We have rented this unit several times before and will continue to book this unit when it’s available in the future.

We have had the best time here in PBC staying at 311! The condo is very satisfactory with all amenities we needed. We slept 6 very comfortably in Chree’s condo. We will definitely be back to 311 again!

The condo is located in a great location with a beautiful view. The owner is very easy to work with. Added bonus is the two beach chairs and umbrella that’s included. We will be back.

We stayed in this condo from Dec 26th- March 1st. Ms Chree did everything possible to make us comfortable. So easy to work with. Upon arrival everything was in place and clean. We will definitely rent from her again.

We have rented from Chree for years, including her unit 308, and she has never disappointed. The unit is clean and well appointed. We always find it SO relaxing. She takes pride in her properties, which is appreciated. My brother has rented from her in the past, and my sister and her family are planning to rent in 2022! Don't think you can go wrong.

Unit #311 at The Summit was perfect for our getaway to PC. It was so clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs were a wonderful bonus, also. I've never rented from anyone as prompt, helpful and attentive as Chree was. She will make your vacation stress-free. I'm looking forward to staying in unit #311 again.

We were in the Summit 311 this past week. This was my families first time renting from Chree, but it will most definitely will not be our last! Chree was extremely easy to work with and so prompt in responding to any and all questions. She even went as far as sending us a text to let us know our room was ready in the event we arrived early. As well as, reaching out to us shortly after we settled in to make sure the Condo met our expectations! All reality it exceeded our expectations. The Condo was fabulous! It was very clean and very nicely decorated! You couldn’t ask for more when you rent from Chree!!!

We stayed this past week and were super impressed with this condo and Chree. The condo is super clean and well stocked. Perfect location. The staff at the condo also come out daily and play games with the kids at the pool. You literally have everything you need at your fingertips. Chree was so nice and easy to communicate with. And the beach chairs are a major plus!!

We have been renting from chree for 4 years and have stayed in all her locations she is very sweet and helpful and condo always makes us feel like we are at home as everything you would need on vacation absolutely love it!! Cant wait to go again!!

We arrived in PCB on April 1. We stayed in unit 311 at the Summit owned by Chree Deloache and all I can say is this has been the best Condo we’ve stayed in. Chree has everything in the Condo that you need. The rental process was simple and easy, she either calls or text you to make sure everything is okay. The unit was so well maintained, I couldn’t tell that any body else has been there. I’m picky about certain things, but I have no complaints about this unit. The Summit has 2 pools, tiki bar, snack shack, convenience store, Basketball and tennis court and volleyball on the beach. My family and I had a great time, but Chree’s Condo was what really sold us, it looks just like the pictures online. If you’re looking for a great place to stay for a great price and from an owner who takes care of her property, then look no further. You won’t be disappointed.

Great unit. The owner was great. Place was so clean and neat and the decor was so nice. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend to anyone!!

The condo was as pretty, comfy and clean as the pictures. Chree, the property owner, was quick to respond to any questions and pleaaant in all our coorespondence. Would definitely recommend. Staying in one of her properties.

Dealing with Chree, the owner is a total pleasure. We rented her other unit in the Summit last February. It was already booked for February 2018 and Chree suggested this one. We were not disappointed. It looks just like the pictures. Clean, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. Balcony view is awesome. Very convenient being on the third floor. You don't have to wait for the elevator and can walk up.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo this weekend, and I've already booked it again next year! It is tastefully decorated and has a beautiful ocean view. It was clean and met our every need. My husband and I enjoyed time on the private balcony and watching the beautiful sunsets. Also, we loved that we were able to walk to nearby seafood restaurants - so convenient! Needless to say, I highly recommend this condo!

We stayed here for Xmas. What a great location! Kids had a blast in a heated pool, gameroom and on the beach. Playground was awesome too and is on the beach. Condo has plenty pots and pans and good wifi. Great time!

Chree was absolutely great to deal with. She was quick to answer any and all questions I had. As soon as we arrived in town, she confirmed the room was ready and sent us the information we needed to check in early. We were absolutely ecstatic about being able to get settled in and start enjoying our stay. The room was just beautiful and very clean. It even included two complimentary chair rentals for the weekend. The 3rd floor unit was so convenient. Views were great. It was just the perfect room for us. Chree even sent me a message the morning that we left thanking us and wishing us a safe trip home. On top of all of that, our deposit was returned before we made it home! I will definitely consider renting from Chree again any chance we get. She was such a delight to deal with. All we had to do was relax and enjoy!! Thanks so much Chree!!!

Chree's condo #311 met and exceeded my expectations! I've stayed in other units at the Summit, but this one was the best by far. Very clean and great decor! Also enjoyed being able to bypass the elevators and use the stairs being on the 3rd floor. Chree was great to work with and very accommodating! Will be booking again!

This is our first family vacation, and couldn't have picked a better place. The condo is beautifully decorated, right on the beach. The owner Chree has been helpful and friendly. I would recommend her condo to anyone looking for a beautiful condo on the beach!!

Chree is great, any questions or concerns you have she answers promptly! Her condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a dinner for a quiet night in. Also the beach service is such a nice added bonus for a relaxing day at the beach. Being located on the 3rd floor allows easy access by stairs or elevator and offers an amazing view from the balcony. Will defiantly be renting from her again.

I rented this condo for the week of July 9-16 It was very clean and cozy. A great home away from home. The views of the pools and ocean are awesome. Dealing with Ms Chree was a breeze. She was awesome! She was so nice and helpful with all my questions. I will definitely rent from her again.
