We had a great holiday! Stayed for a month and condo offered everything we required. Large deck with a gorgeous view of the pools and ocean. Mrs. Hand was very conscientious and prompt with her responses. Great value for your money.

Summit unit 322 is conveniently located on 3rd floor. It is a nice, clean, spacious unit that has everything you need! The washer/dryer came in very handy. The owner was super nice and my deposit was returned timely. Perfect for family of 4! Nice unit, great location, family oriented atmosphere! We also enjoyed the TV's with multiple viewing options. The extra 1/2 bath came in handy and grandchildren loved the spacious bunk area! I'm very glad we were able to get this unit and hope it's available for our next PCB trip!

This is the second year in a row we have rented this unit. It’s up to date and clean beds and furniture are all comfy and Ms. Hand is always fast to rely with any questions. We have already booked for 2024. The beach chairs and umbrella rental included is super convenient. My kiddo loves the pools and the hot tub. Bikini Bobs is also always a hit. The 3rd floor is perfect for amazing views but not to bad to get to by stairs if the elevators are busy.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! I contacted Mrs Hand And she was very quick to respond . We love the fact that this is located on the 3rd floor and located near the main elevators and stairs. We often used the stairs to save time waiting on the elevators. With the floor being that low its not an issue to carry everything to and from the beach. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of storage places. The kids loved the bunk area. The washer and dryer was also a great help. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Mrs. Hand was great to work with. My security deposit was returned quickly as well. The pool, tiki bar and Bikini Bobs was also great. Bikini Bobs made it so convenient for not only the reasonably priced bar type food but also offered ice cream for the kids and Adult drinks that were priced as low as a convenience store. Also loved the activities at night by the pool such as karaoke, dancing and movies. Great trip !

We normally stay ground level but the unit was already booked. I contacted Mrs Hand and she responded quickly. I was very happy with the location of 322. The 3rd floor was perfect and this condo is located near the main elevators and stairs. We did use the stairs a lot just to save time waiting on the elevators. Very clean and loved the dehumidifier in the condo. The condo had everything you needed and was not cluttered up with decorations. There was plenty of storage places. Great water pressure in the shower. The sofa bed was very comfortable. Very nice upgraded mattress. You couldn’t feel any of the support bars from the pull out. A set of beach chairs were included and the new style was comfortable. FYI any condo that includes beach chairs in the rental are limited to the back row only and you have to check in daily to get assigned a new set of chairs. The front row is reserved for daily and weekly rentals only. It’s something new they started this year. The chair guys were super friendly and we were able to get the same area everyday. The washer and dryer was a great bonus. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Great people to work with. My security deposit was returned the same day. Thank you Mrs Hand for being super easy to work with.

We just returned from a Softball Tournament week in PCB! We normally go to the beach in Sept or Oct. we were nervous about the crowds and the heat. We had a wonderful week. This condo is amazing!! Bikini Bobs is an institution and it was so convenient. My kids loved ice cream for a dollar. This condo housed our family of six easily. It was sooooo convenient being on the third floor during this busy time!! We could zip up and down the stairs and didn’t have to fight the crowds. The dehumidifier kept us cool without having to overwork the ac unit. We go to PCB every summer but have never stayed here but it was very enjoyable and we can’t wait to go back!!!!! Thank you Georgiana for walking us through the process and being available for questions or concerns!

First off, communication with Georgianna was next to none. She answered everything quickly around the condo and the booking process. Booking process was simple! As far the condo, condo was great. Clean, comfortable, and nice view. The condo had everything we needed utensils for cooking, towels, rags, washer, dryer and etc. All you need is clothes and food and you are set. Resort, the Summit is one of the best. You can’t beat the pools, beach access, Bikini Bobs, convenient to anything you need. I’ll be staying again. I would recommend me this condo and resort to anyone.

My husband and I took our 13 yr. old granddaughter to the beach for her fall break. Great times were had by all! The condo was very clean. The 3rd floor is great if elevators are full you can take the stairs. Georgiana was great to work with. She is just a phone call or text away. Gets back with you instantly! I will be staying again!

Super cute condo RIGHT on the beach! If you are looking for a great location directly on the beach this place is for you. Honestly I don’t think the pictures do it justice. The owner is a text or call away and super easy to work with! You can tell that they take pride in their condo and are careful who they rent to. Overall here is my take on my experience: If you are looking for an overpriced luxurious 5 star type place you’ll likely find something to complain about. If you are looking for a PERFECT spot right on the beach that has every single thing available that you could need in a VERY CLEAN unit then this will be more your speed. The gated community was well protected even through spring break craziness. I never felt unsafe or unprotected while traveling “alone” with my two daughters ages 15 & 23. They both LOVED it. The third floor location was actually a blessing in disguise- it was high enough up to have a gorgeous view of the gulf off the large balcony but low enough we could take the stairs and not wait in long lines for the elevators... Value + Location + Cleanliness makes this a full 5 Stars!

My husband and I decided sort of last minute to vacation in Panama City Beach. I contacted Mrs. Hand about her condo. She was extremely easy to work with and I would highly recommend this condo. Mrs. Hand was very prompt with returning my security deposit. The only thing that didn't go well was the weather with Hurricane Sally causing us to leave a day early. Can't wait for my next opportunity to vacation in PCB and hope this unit is available then.

My husband and I decided at the last minute to vacation in PCB. I contacted Mrs. Hand about her beautiful condo and it was available for 9/9/2020 thru 9/16/2020. She was extremely easy to deal with and very prompt with the return of my security deposit. The only negative thing about our visit was that Hurricane Sally caused us to cut our stay short by one day. Definitely hope to vacation at the GARS condo again soon!

The condo was a much needed place to relax and enjoy!! This is our 2nd time at this condo and we have loved it each time and definitely plan on going back!!!! All of my summer dreams came true with this room! It was on the 3rd floor which was perfect. It was high enough to have a great view and low enough that we were able to take the steps instead of the elevator. The unit was fresh and clean. We had 2 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. The pools were great and the ocean was literally steps away! The Summit Resort has everything you need all in one place! I would definitely stay here again! Mrs. Hand was super easy to work with! She answered all of my questions quickly and kept me updated on check in times and when the room was ready!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo has everything you need. The living room furniture was comfy. I have stayed in condos with sofas that completely sink in. Not here. The furniture was cozy. I was a little worried about everyone having enough space. We had 6 travelers, 3 adults 3 kids. But I was pleasantly surprised at the accomadations. The bedroom has a king. There is a bunk bed in the hall which my pre teen nephew enjoyed and the couch has a pull out bed. No one complained about thier sleeping arrangement. This condo is on the 3rd floor which is perfect for catching the stairs instead of waiting for elevator. We were here in peak summer so elevator was busy. The balcony is big and overlooks the pool and ocean. The kids loved the pools as much as the ocean. The condos have a tiki bar with reasonably priced yummy fruity drinks. And also a snack shack called Bikini Bob's. They have cheap eats too!  The property manager is easy going to rent from. She kept us updated on the condo being ready.  The room also has Wi-Fi and a punch code so no extra key to keep up with.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the communication prior to the trip all the way to after I arrived back home, this condo is in great shape and very beautiful. Took my wife and children and we all enjoyed our whole stay. I will rent this room for years to come !!

The devastation of Hurricane Michael that was heaped upon PCB and vicinity in October 2018 was still easily observed during our stay from January to April 2019 with many retail and restaurant establishments closed permanently. We also observed much of the rebuilding of the area during our stay. Despite the destruction, the Summit was repaired and didn’t seem to suffer much damage while everything we needed was available to us – from the nearby Walmart and golf course to the exceptional Chinese buffet and steak house. We found all the churches, library (and next-door senior’s center) in the PCB area that we’ve attended to be open and welcoming. Our third-floor apartment was situated right on the beach with a fabulous view of the ocean – including occasional dolphin sightings! There are two pools—one heated and one not. The heated one was a bonus during the cooler months. The condo is clean and was roomy enough for our family. You will enjoy your stay here.

What a wonderful stay we had! Great location, loved being right above the pool. This was the first time staying on the 3rd floor, and I was impressed. We could still see the ocean and was able to enjoy the pool atmosphere all in one. Not to mention how wonderful the owners are! She made sure we checked in without any problems and made sure we had everything we needed! I will be booking with her again! Perfect rate!

My family has stayed here on two separate occasions, and it is wonderful! The property is great! Everything you need is right there at your fingertips. This has become our "go to" place in PCB. The owners are great and very easy to reach if you have questions or need help. We love it!

We had a great time, beautiful view and we loved the pools!! The owner was great to work with and the condo was perfect for my husband and myself.

This was our second stay in this condo since Labor Day. It is very nicely furnished. The owners are more than Easy to contact. They respond immediately to any request. They had put in a washer and dryer since our last visit and a new couch. The condo had all we needed. It is very clean and located near many restaurants and other fun places to go. We would go again in a heartbeat. We couldn't have asked for any better.

This is a great condo to stay in. The owners were amazing to work with and very fast to respond. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your beach get away. The Summit has lots of ammentities onsite. A big plus for us was the two pools one being heated since it was a little cold when we were visiting. It has a restaurant and snack bar, which made it easy for us to grab lunch on the days we just wanted to stay at the beach or pool. We will definitely be renting this condo again.

Look out the All glass panels facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and my world becomes a better place and according to my family I become a better person. This condo is located on the 3rd floor not too high if you want to take the stairs but conveniently located near elevators in case you don't. This unit is comfortable, clean, well furnished and absolutely no hint of anyone having smoked. That is a big plus for us as my wife has severe allergies and can not be anywhere near cigarette smoke. The owners have taken care to furnish everything that you may have forgotten to pack for your stay. There are two large pools and indoor and out door hot tubs for your enjoyment and you can keep up with all the happenings while sitting on the balcony of your room overlooking the patio where the pools are located. That balcony is also the perfect place to have that first cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise, not to mention the view of those beautiful sunsets in the evening. I fell in love with the location as it is easy to get in and out of even during times of higher traffic, closely located to traffic lights as well. Most major attractions in the area are within 15 minutes of this location to include all the major restaurants for fine dining and the local chain fast food for when you just want a quick meal and on to shopping. The location is minutes away from Pier Park for all of your shopping needs. I love the quiet atmosphere and the friendly people throughout the condo grounds. There is Bikini Bobs fast food located right at pool side, the food is great and the beer is cold. The perfect place to go and leave your worries behind.

This condo is located right on the beach and is very clean and updated. The owners were quick to respond to my questions and everything we needed was waiting on us when we got to condo. The Summit has many amenities on site such as a tiki bar, restaurant, tennis courts, weight room, two pools and many more features. We will definitely be renting this condo again.
Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+.

The Hands are great to work with! We had everything we needed at the Summitt condo, including great weather & water!
