Request $200 to hold/reserve the unit....then, full 50% payment 90 days from arrival date and the other 50% paid at least 60 days prior to arrival date. No cancellation refunds prior to/ or within 60 days of check-in date. All Guests Must be 25 years or older. No Smoking or Vaping and No Pets Allowed. Prefer weekly during Summer Sunday to Sunday or other weekdays, except Saturdays based on many guests feedback.

Just returned from PCB and stayed at Summit. We've been coming to PCB for 30+ years. Stayed at the Summit many times. We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and very well decorated. Loved the patio furniture. Owner was wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay her again!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Debra & Danny’s condo for 7 nights. Upon arrival the condo was clean and the kitchen had everything needed for the stay. They do have a couple chairs and boards for kids as well as the lounge chairs on the beach already set up each morning. Furniture is comfy & clean. The balcony with an amazing view is priceless, it was our favorite spot in the mornings, evenings and during the day when we weren’t at the beach/pool/city. Debra was great with keeping in touch and provided all the necessary information. The location of condo is a few doors from the elevator and trash shoot, so you are not walking yourself everywhere inconveniently. The Summit was also a great choice with Bikini Bobs on site as well as pool side Tiki Bar. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your piece of paradise!

We stayed this past week at the Summit and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! Very clean! The view from our balcony was awesome. We watched dolphins each morning along with other Sea life. The owners are great people and always answered our questions in a timely manner. We enjoyed it..definitely coming back one day!!
