First of…thank you Debbie! Debbie is such an amazing host. Communication was excellent. Check in was excellent! We actually arrived a bit earlier and Debbie was so nice to let us check in at the time we got there. The condo is very clean and amenities are excellent, beach chairs, water toys, beach towels anything you need for the beach was pretty much there. I highly recommend Debbie’s place. The one down side was the elevator service. But that’s really something the tide water resort needs to work on. We used the stairs a couple of times because the elevator took a long time. But overall definitely book this place!

Tidy and clean upon arrival. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to pier park where all the shops and restaurants are located. Anything we needed was available and if I had any questions, Debbie responded very quickly. Overall it was a great way to start our vacation!

The condo is adorable with a great view. Should you have more than 2 cars coming be sure to get information on extra parking. The amenities are awesome and the bar and grill is pretty good. The problem we had is that we couldn't get to the over half the time. They had massive guest. The elevators was anywhere for a 15 to 45 minute wait. Sometimes they did come at all and most people would resort to the stairs. One man and his family had to climb 25 flights. He said he was glad they were in good shape. There were some disabled people there including me that once we got up to the condo had to stay there. Someone said one of the elevators was broken. Grub hub took about 3 hours and they told us it was because everyone was ordering in because of the elevators. I tried to make the best of it because i hadn't seen my adult children in so long. Maybe before you book call there and asked how the elevators flow is.

This beautiful 6th floor gulf front unit has amazing views
This spacious unit offers plenty of room and comfort for all of your vacation needs. Free wifi as well as private washer & dryer are included. You will have access to the fitness room, game room, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, and hot tubs. Nighly family movies are shown in the movie theater on site. There is also a tiki bar on site in the East Pool area.
Unit 611 is located just off of the elevator and has everything that you need from linens to cookware. We include a keurig duo, blender, toaster, regular coffee maker and crockpot. We even offer beach towels along with hotel size shampoo and soap in the event that you forget. In addition, we provide a beach wagon along with beach chairs and toys for your convenience during your stay. In the event that there is a rainy afternoon, we stock games, playing cards and books for the entire family.
Our rental agreement has a link to registration. If you reigster at least 24 hours in advance, a $45 fee will be charged. If you wait until arrival, the registration fee will be $55. You will receive arm bands to all of the ameneties along with parking decals. Please wear arm bands when enjoying any of the amenities. Movies are shown nightly in the on-site Movie Theater.
