It’s in the most perfect spot on the beach with one of the only condos that have jet skis and other water leisure’s

The room was as described! Super fast elevators! Wonderful view of the gulf! Would highly recommend others to this property!

The condo was great, decorated well and clean.

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and clean. At our check in time, parts of the floor were still wet from just having been mopped. The owners had exceptional communication and our stay was great.
The only downside was elevator wait time, but that is to be expected at any popular place.

We stayed at Mike and Jessica's condo the week of the 4th of July- I am giving a 5-star review, even though there were some "cons"- overall it was a great experience. Pros: -Condo was perfect for a beautiful ocean view! -The communication was excellent between Mike and me -Condo pictures are an accurate depiction of what it looks like inside -Mike agreed to let us go early since nobody had the condo before us and we appreciated that so much! Cons: -While the owners have no control over the elevator's - pack your patience for them, they are extremely SLOW and you will wait for A WHILE!!! -I don't believe the cleaners for the condo do a great job- sliding doors very dirty, tables looked like they weren't cleaned, tables dusty -Bring extra paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, counter cleaner, a sponge (there is a washcloth if you wanted to wash dishes by hand) -Both bedrooms are very warm at night, even though the vents were open, and we kept the shades closed (rest of condo was perfect temperature) -We were unable to get the cable in both bedrooms working, even though Mike contacted the cable company, it just wasn't working (might be beneficial to have instructions for which remote does what, also) Overall, it a great trip and really appreciated Mike's willingness to help with reported issues.

Absolutely loved our accommodations. The pictures matched the accommodations and the view was amazing. Our family of four was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and flexible with our check-in time. The only complaint I had was the time it took to utilize the elevator at the condo; otherwise, everything was great!

Condo with fabulous view directly to gulf from master bedroom and living room! Just walk out from the building for the sand and jet ski rental. Check in is easy with a code. Very clean. Close to everywhere like Pier park. Very good location. Jessica responds quickly Will stay again.

Mike's condo is very nice and cozy with a great view of the Ocean! Would definitely stay there again when we are out on the beach this summer! Also Mike responds very quick back with any questions you may have! Will definitely be back🤗
