Had a blast! Definitely will do again. The stay was amazing

The balcony is huge with a beautiful view of the gulf. Loved drinking my coffee out there every morning and watching the sunsets every evening.

I was very impressed with the staff at Tidewater. They were all very polite and kept the facility in top notch shape.

Room is as pictured. Beautiful views of the water from living and bedroom. Even from the 10th floor you hear the water on the beach. Kitchen is small, but has everything you need for small meals. Beds are comfy and had nice quality sheets. There are some paper items, but for stays longer than a couple days you need to bring your own supplies. We had a couple small issues. Microwave doesn't actually heat - owner had handyman come by and said she would replace it, but was not able to do so before the end of our 8 day stay. Could not ever get bedroom TV to work - power on to all components but screen stayed black. Lock on front door is very frustrating. You lock it, check it, jiggle handle, check again and it's fully unlocked. We would spend 5-10 min making sure the door actually locked each time we left the unit. Connie was responsive, but couldn't really fix much quickly being long distance. She was apologetic for the issues. Things break when you have many different people staying in your place. Overall these are small things and we made it work. The complex is very nice and well maintained. Access to beach is quick and easy and a very amazing area. The restaurant on property (Waves) had great food and the staff was awesome! Many reviews talk about the elevators. Take this seriously! On average we would wait 10 min for an elevator. But in the mornings and evenings it was 20 min. They test your patience for sure! Though this is no fault of the owners. I ran into another lady that owned a unit there. She said the elevators are only an issue in end of June, July and part of August. Parking garage has plenty of room, but people can't seem to read the one way signs, so stay vigilant to avoid a wreck. Overall the stay was great! The room had everything we needed and loved the views from the balcony.

This condo is great. Very nice room with plenty of space. Washer and dryer in the condo is so nice. Rental was very smooth. Tenth floor is convenient in case you need to use the stairs (elevators seem very busy during a holiday week). Nice that the parking is secure and just across the street with covered walkway. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Easy beach access. Close to everything, especially Frank Brown Park. I would definitely stay in this room again.

This was such an amazing and beautiful view. This was everything we wanted in a vacation! The description was perfect and we had everything we needed!

The Condo was perfect for our vist! The views from the 10th floor were outstanding! The Condo complex is within a quick walk to the pier and shops. The Condo had everything we needed and the owner was great. She quickly answered any questions. We would plan on staying at the same Condo on the next visit to Panama City!
