SECURITY DEPOSIT
Refundable security deposit is required 3 days prior to checkin and returned 3 days after checkout. Please note we only place a "hold" on the credit card and do not take the money out. Please note that we reserve the right to request an additional security deposit of $600 during Spring Break. All rules in the condominium as well as laws pertaining to Panama City Beach are tightened from the first of March through the first two weeks of April. This is to ensure safety for all visitors to the area. If applicable, we will send a secure link form for the guest to place a credit card on file. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. The security deposit is just a hold placed on the card 3 days prior to check-in and will be released a few days after check-out.
