Origin 1331 Emerald Gulf Hideaway, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Welcome to Emerald Gulf Hideaway at Origin at Seahaven! We are located on the 13th floor, with beautiful Emerald coast views from our balcony. We are centrally located and are just across the street from the beach and the famous Sharky's restaurant, and only a mile to Pier Park. The Origin has many amenities to offer that include the pool, hot tub, game room, movie theater, gym, private beach access, and free garage parking.


Our space offers a king size bed and a pullout sofa bed. We have a full kitchen with refrigerator (ice maker available), dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, plates and utensils, pots and pans, and other cooking needs. Our space includes a washer and dryer in the unit, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. We also provide beach chairs, coolers, beach towels. The pool and hot tub are on the fourth floor, and the charcoal grills are on each side of the building. You can also enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the rooftop balcony, located on the 15th floor.

Check in is 100% self check in, there is NO FRONT DESK, this is not a resort and all units are privately owned. Your parking pass will be in the unit, and will need to be placed in your vehicle as soon as possible upon arrival. We are not authorized more than two parking passes; one of the parking passes is valid for the main parking garage, and the other is for overflow parking that is located in the large open parking lot right next to the building. You are allowed to park second vehicle in the parking garage as you unload luggage etc., but will need to be moved to overflow parking asap.

We are only authorized four wrist bands for our unit, and cannot obtain any more. You cannot remove wrist bands once they are tightened so I would recommend carrying them or not tightening all the way, because they cannot be removed. Guests under 10 years old are not required to wear wrist bands. Wrist bands need to be on your person at all times when you are on site.

There will be no refunds for Wi-Fi outages, Wi-Fi is not guaranteed at the beach. You are welcome to bring your own Wi-Fi hotspot.
