The designated Origin beach access is right across the street, but if you want to enjoy the view, there is an amazing terrace on the 15th floor that no one really knows about!  For a one bedroom, this open floorplan seems much bigger than most and you can always hang out on the balcony to have some private time. You can get a small glimpse of the beach from the balcony, but this condo is situated on the peaceful side of the building, where you can enjoy a break from the traffic. The swimming pool is designed to look like an infinity pool when you first walk out and the ocean looks like you could touch it. There are SO many amenities in this property-a game room, ice machine, gym and covered parking, a convenience store and a Starbucks annex-to name a few. Sharky's is directly across the street and Senor Frogs, Runaway Island, The Salty Goat, Diegos's Burrito & Margarita bar, Local Steamer, and other fun places are within a very short walking distance.
