There are two Master bedrooms, each with brand-new adjustable king bed, a private bath, and private balcony access with MESMERIZING Gulf views! Each Master bedroom has new 65" tv along with the living room. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds with an adjacent bathroom. This home can easily accommodate 8 people comfortably. Need more room? Pull out the BRAND NEW Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The balcony is over 400 sqft!!! Enjoy each morning with a cup of coffee while relaxing on the double lounger, have breakfast while listening to the sounds of the waves or host an intimate sunset dinner with family and friends. 

2 Free beach chairs with an umbrella setup at your convenience during the months of March - October. There is one covered designated parking space on the 2nd floor of condominium. 2nd  parking pass included, and is on a first come basis, located right across the street. We provide beach chairs and an 8 ft umbrella, stored on the balcony. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience. There is a pack and play. 

This property has an indoor/outdoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, meeting room and a fitness room. As well as a large Sun Deck overlooking the ocean and so much more!!
