Public beach access is right across the street. There was always available parking right in front of our unit. There are a couple of stairs as mentioned, but the door to the unit is right at the top so it was easy to bring everything up and down. The pool was nice and clean. The location is perfect. Front beach road is busy, but this space is tucked away in a less busy and quieter area. You are still close to great restaurants and shopping. There are plenty of excursions to book and you won’t be terribly far from those either. The community felt safe. Cameras outside and we never felt unsafe during our stay. It was a quiet, peaceful stay and I would stay again! The unit itself was as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. I had friends who chose to stay at a resort down the road and meeting with them was stressful due to long elevator wait times, limited parking options, and tons of guests. Avoid that madness and give this place a try!

We had a great time! Check in and out was easy, the place was very clean, beds were comfortable and ac worked like a dream! Only complaint was a previous guest broke the sofa bed and it could not turn in to a couch. We would 100% stay again. It’s a quite area of PCB, not much traffic and there was plenty of parking.

Location was great,Easy parking directory in front of unit, easy to load/unload. The space: clean!!! smelled clean as well. The pull out sofa was stuck in the out position

We were looking for little mini vacation and Andrew’s place was perfect for our family of four. The property is clean, quiet, and literally across the street from the white sandy beach. The outdoor gazebo to rinse the sand away came in clutch as well as the washer/dryer. Andrew provided all of the basics and plenty of towels. Communication was also quick, friendly, and helpful. We are looking forward to planning a longer trip next year and would be lucky to stay at Andrew’s again.
