This was a very last minute booking. We were leaving another part of Florida and found this place. Messaged Andrew at 6am. By 9am we were set to go and on the road. He made sure the cleaners were there and had the place ready for us.He was very responsive. This place is a minute walk across the street from the beach. It’s on a quiet side of town, but still close to everything. We loved it!Had the best time. We would definitely book again. Andrew was a great host and gave recommendations on where to eat. It was a perfect first stay in Panama City Beach.

Overall the place was very nice. We went to the beach and the place had beach chairs 💺 umbrella 🌂 and the cart to lug all the stuff. Updated kitchen and very close walking distance to the beach. I would stay again if we ever go back to PCB, FL

Literally a 1 min walk to the beach. I loved only having to go up one flight of stairs instead of having to wait for an elevator to get to our room. Plus you get to park right outside the room instead of in a parking garage. Very clean place, had everything we need.

The host did a great job with communicating and always offered to help with anything. The check in/out process was so easy and the condo was extremely clean. Also many thing were provided to us that we didn’t expect such as beach towels and chairs, which was awesome. The location was also perfect, with beach access just a one minute walk away. Zero complaints, would definitely stay here again!!!
