My son fished on the beach most of the time and we could watch him from our balcony. The kids loved the game room and having their own mini kitchen. I really loved all the extras and personal touches. I highly recommend this rental.

There were 10 of us and plenty of accommodations for all including parking, deck chairs, dining seating, living room seating, entertainment, etc. etc. etc.! I mean an air hockey table on the top level, a foosball table and a 4-player arcade machine with over 300 games available including Donkey Kong, Pac-Man & Frogger! Three refrigerators, two dishwashers, two microwaves, a wine refrigerator, at least 2 blenders that I saw, plenty of kitchenware, etc. Every single person said they slept amazing and it was the most comfortable mattress ever. The full bathroom that my husband and I had what is the most beautiful shower I have ever used with an AMAZING shower head in the ceiling and you could step into the bathtub from inside the shower!
Most of us are in our 50’s & 60’s so the handicap accommodations came in very handy, including the elevator to take our luggage to the top floor.
Oh! I almost forgot the most important thing…the gulf view was absolutely beautiful every day!
Needless to say, we all had the most amazing Mardi Gras weekend ever!

This place is awesome. We were here for a funeral. Jenna’s place gave us a place to rest, reconnect and revitalize our souls. This house has something for everyone toys, games, puzzles, sand box and sand toys for the kids and adults. Rooms of every configuration to fit different family needs. Even A room with a zero entry shower in the third floor. The elevator makes it so easy for everyone. Especially hauling groceries and suitcases up. The game room kept kids and adults busy. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. There are three refrigerators plus a wine cooler in the bar!
The beach was amazing. No need to bring anything. There are floats, float arm/ waist floaties for the kids, even a blow up boat, umbrellas, chairs…. Definately check out what they have before buying or bring anything.
The views are amazing too. There is a vacant lot behind to the right so you get a big wonderful view of the beach.
Can’t say enough about the place. Will be back.

When traveling with a large group ( 25 guests, 2 infants, and a pet), finding a place that could accommodate every guests was not an easy task. However, Jenna's listing of Evi-body's Beachin' property fulfilled all the needs that our group was looking for. The place was not only very spacious, but it had a great game room to keep the kids occupied and was only a walking distance from the beach. The beach house had a beautiful view and minutes away from a variety of restaurants and bars. Jenna is an amazing host and was very quick in responding to all my inquiries. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a place for a large group or for anyone looking for a place for the weekend. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

Room for everybody! Gulf Front w/ GameRoom!
At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! Evi-body's Beachin' is named for our daughter Evi! This contemporary Gulf front has incredible Gulf views from every room and is located on Pensacola Beach! This home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. This is a newer house, built in 2019.
There is room for a large group of friends and family to spread out with privacy. There is a large living area on each floor with 65-inch TVs and fabulous views of the Gulf. The house is ADA compliant with an elevator. Please note: the elevator is for medical use ONLY! The first floor has a huge living/dining and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, and stainless-steel appliances, including two dishwashers. A wet bar with a wine/drink cooler is located next to the kitchen area. An additional full-size refrigerator is in the utility room, adjacent to the kitchen. The two dining tables seat up to 20 people. The kitchen/ breakfast bar seats four. The living area is open and airy, has plenty of comfortable seating, including a large sectional sleeper, a 65 inch TV, and opens onto the 9 x 53 foot covered Gulf front deck. This beautiful covered deck has a big dining table and plenty of other seating. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The master suite with a door to the Gulf front deck has a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a wall mounted TV, and a large mirror. The huge master bath has double vanity, a soaking tub for 2 and large shower with a ceiling mounted rain shower and one wall mounted shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, and twin bunk bed with views of the Sound and the Gulf. It also features a fun Neverland map wall mural! Next to this bedroom is a bathroom with shower which serves this bedroom and the main living area.
The upper level of the house features a game room which opens directly to another 9 x 53-foot Gulf front deck. This room has a queen sleeper sofa, an arcade, foosball, air hockey, a 65-inch TV, and a kitchenette/bar with sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and barstool seating for three along the bar. There is also a table that seats four. To the left of the living area is a second master suite with a door directly out to the upper deck. It has a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a private bath with a shower. Next to this is another bedroom with two twin beds, a twin bunk bed, and features a fun Peter Pan full wall mural! It also has a private bathroom with tub and shower. To the right of the lounge is another master suite with a door directly out to the upper deck. It has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, wall mounted TV, private bath with two vanities and shower. The ADA compliant bedroom is also on this side with one king bed, one twin bed, and a couch. It has wonderful views of the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf. Adjacent to this bedroom is a fully ADA compliant bathroom with shower. This bathroom also services the upper living area. The house has sleeping space for 25 guests.
There is an outdoor H/C shower. The yard is fenced in for privacy with a large patio with pavers. The garden is landscaped with palm trees, bushes and native grasses. This beautiful house, with its garden and 45 X 53-foot, open, covered space under the house, is perfect for weddings and family reunions.

*Pet fee is $160 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. All droppings must be cleaned up and disclosed of. Dogs are only allowed on the dog beach. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.
