Our 3 generation family visit here was perfect to unwind in the peaceful condo; relax in the pool and hot tub; and feel refreshed hanging out on the beautiful beach. There were many toys for the kids to play with on the beach; board and card games for the evenings; and a nice size balcony for long conversations after the kids went to bed. The queen size murphy bed in the living room was so comfortable, and nicely designed! It was definitely a bonus for us! We really appreciated the keurig, and many different selections of beverages for it. The very large television, with more channels than I knew existed, came in very handy on a couple of rainy afternoons. Marina is the icing on the cake. Her communication was so helpful and timely; very important to us. Thanks for everything, Marina!

Upon arrival the Sans Souci Condo is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The landscaping includes large palm trees that invite you to enjoy all that Florida has to offer. The condo was clean and fully stocked. We absolutely loved the layout with the open design. Lots of natural light and the rooms are decorated with a laid back beach style. The entire condo looks to be newly renovated. 2 beds and 2 bathrooms with extra sleeping amenities for our large family. We slept 7 people comfortable. The condo comes stocked with all the supplies for a great stay at the beach including beach toys, chairs and extra large beach towels. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the kitchenware you are acustomed to in your own house. The bathrooms are super nice. I am a contractor and i appreciate that these accommodations have lots of water pressure in the showers and ice cold ac throughout the condo. The pool was huge and the water was crystal clear. Our kids spent the better part of each day playing at the pool deck or swimming in the gulf. The hot tub was an excellent way to end the long day on the beach. Marina was super attentive to our needs and we didn't go without. We will definitely be staying in San Souci 410 in the near future. Thanks again Marina!!

My family of 4 plus 2 friends enjoyed our stay so much. The location was perfect for the Blue Angels show. The owners could not have been any nicer or more helpful. Mrs. Mariana was always available for any questions. The condo was clean and had lots of amenities. My kids stayed in the pool! The waitlist for Peg Leg’s worked out perfectly for a busy weekend. The condo is very nice and had anything we might have needed. The balcony is not fully facing the ocean but we liked having a little area where the breeze was not so bad and loved being able to see the ocean side and bay side. Loved having the table on the balcony. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great place to stay! Location is fantastic. So nice to step right out on the beach! We have stayed here before and we love all of the improvements that have been made to the condo. The kitchen is especially nice. The hosts are very helpful and the condo has lots of extras not seen at other places.

The check-in process was super easy, directions were super helpful by the host, and the condo exactly as it looks. The location is just out of the hubbub of the busier downtown, but close enough to do it all. The beds were so comfortable, super fluffy bathroom towels and beach towels offered if you forgot yours, stocked kitchen with spices and the little things that are easily forgotten, and the balcony gave our family beautiful sunsets overlooking the ocean. The pool and hot tub are a nice offering if you get sick of the waves or are looking for a relaxing dip. We didn't want to leave, but back to the real world again... The host is extremely helpful, can't go wrong with booking this place!

Great location steps away from the beach, pool, and hot tub. Condo is very clean and well stocked with everything you will need to just bring in your suitcase and groceries. Peg Leg Pete's was also a hit with our family - avoid a long wait by checking in through Yelp and walking across the street when it is time to check-in with the hostess. Added bonus was luggage and shopping carts in the garage to haul everything up in one trip. Owners were super responsive, always helpful, and even offered flexible check-in/check-out times based on the cleaning schedule. Highly recommend staying here!

This is one of the nicest, best located, and greatest value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and being able to walk right down to the beach was a huge plus. Also, the condominium is right across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s which was very nice. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo.

Securely park your vehicle in our designated covered space (#410) within the gated boundaries of the Sans Souci Condominium complex, ensuring protection from the intense Florida sun. Positioned at the west end of the building, our unit offers views of the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound, Pensacola Naval Base, pool, and hot tub. In one room, there's a king-size bed, while the other includes a queen bed and two twin beds (daybed with trundle).
Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a queen Murphy bed cabinet, and blackout curtains are installed throughout the entire condo. With these options, our unit provides versatile sleeping arrangements for up to eight individuals. The fully-equipped kitchen and separate dining area simplify mealtime, and a community charcoal grill is located on the 1st floor directly below our unit.
Featuring two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub and shower combination—our condo ensures comfort. The complex provides two elevators, and a coin laundry on the garage level requires quarters and laundry products.
