Payment Terms and Rental Agreement:
To book our condo, we are pretty flexible. We suggest a minium amount down of $300, or 25% of the total, whichever is higher. We are also open to other terms, and happy to talk to you about reasonable alternative amounts. The final balance is due 30 days before your arrival. We provide a simple one page rental agreement for you to read, understand, sign and return to us at time of booking. We require a 7 day minimum stay and check-in / check-out days are Saturday.

The unit was very clean, located perfectly on the Key, balcony was so comfortable, loved the convenience of parking and elevator.

Recently, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying in Tony and Elizabeth Hobbs' condo at Indigo on Perdido Key. Upon arrival we were greeted in the lobby by Tony. While acquainting us with the property, he personally escorted us to the condo. Once at the unit, we were greeted by Elizabeth who was performing a final quality inspection. The condo was immaculate! The kitchen was spotless, the bathrooms shined and nothing was out of place. Plus, the view was spectacular. The condo was elegantly appointed and offered all the comforts and conveniences of home (and then some)! Tony and Elizabeth were perfect hosts. We could not have had a better trip, largely due to our accommodations and to the Hobbs. Tony, Elizabeth, thank you. Looking forward to seeing you again!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners are very helpful and accommodating, even helping us unload our vehicle. The condo has everything you need and the few items mentioned that were missing in earlier comments have been added to the condo. We found that the property had what we needed for our family • Property has two coffee makers: Keurig single cup and standard 10 cup auto drip • There is a Publix, CVS, Winn Dixie, Dollar General all about 5 minutes from the property • Perdido Bay Seafood has the absolute best fresh fish. Don’t bother going anywhere else if you want fresh fish to prepare in the condo • The beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach are pay as you go, but the price is reasonable and they are set up early in the morning or bring your own • Hub Stacey’s for the best sandwiches • Oyster Bar for fried whole flounder and blue cheese chips • Naval Aviation Museum is a fun experience and worth a visit This is our second stay in the property and each time we’ve been really pleased with our experience. We’ll be back!

An April 2013 installation of $16,000 worth of new 'wood plank looking' porcelain tile flooring mean there is no wall-to-wall carpeting in this condo. Complete travertine and 'wood plank porcelain tile' flooring makes this one of the most beautiful and striking condos at Indigo. No carpet also means no worries about stains, and an easily cleaned situation in the case of a mishap. Our guests love the look and feel of this specialized flooring.
A new high quality, luxurious, very comfortable Queen Leather sleeper sofa is a new addition for 2014. Our spacious living area makes utilization of this sleeper sofa extremely convenient.
Enjoy the view from the balcony or the white sand beach. The Oasis Style Pool area includes a beach style entry area, complete with fountains . Great for the little ones. A separate kid's pool, hot tub and gazebo are also available.
Balconies off both bedrooms. Master faces Gulf of Mexico. Perdido Key and Old River can be seen from the balcony of other bedroom.
