The marina is complete with plenty of boat slips that are first come first serve (additional fees apply, boats must be registered before arriving), along with several that are leased by owners and reserved for their use. For your convenience, there's a private boat/kayak launch and boat trailer parking on site. This sun drenched vacation spot has a retreat-like feel and is walking distance to Flora-Bama.

Also, just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find a Boat/Kayak Launch & Slips, along with On-Site Boat Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis, prior registration and other fees apply). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated


5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of all Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.


6. Docking or wet slip available on a first come first serve basis with trailer parking on site for $50 per stay. There is also a boat launch on site. Pre-registration is required.
