This house is modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with towel and were all very nice and updated. The location is a super short drive to the beach and convenient to restaursnts and grocery stores. Recommend highly

I love the location. And the commute to beach is easy… the house offers elevators for the elderly and disabled. Which is a big plus!!! Perfect house for some family time!

We stayed at Just Beachy while attending my daughter’s graduation in Pensacola. This was definitely one of my favorite vacation rentals to stay in. It’s in a nice, quiet location less than 5 min from public beach access. The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! They provided plenty of towels and toilet paper which was great. I have stayed in other units before where it was only one towel per person. The text support number from Vacasa was amazing! Thanks so much for answering all of our questions! Great house and great customer service! You will not be disappointed in booking this property.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here...love the location. The neighborhood pool is a plus! Nice public beach entrance right outside the neighborhood! The house was amazing!!! The elevator is a great feature...you don’t have to tote luggage to car!

Our family loves Just Beachy at Arborgate! This is the second time we have stayed in this home and we could not be happier with the accommodations! Just minutes from the beach with a beautiful view of the bay, this home offers everything to make for a perfect vacation! There are amazing local restaurants and the home is in close proximity to the grocery store. Perfect home for your beach getaway! We will definitely be planning more trips to this location!

The stay was awesome!! The house was even better than we expected. The way the house is laid out offered privacy for all who stayed. We had everything needed so we could just unpack and have fun!! It was clean and the decor was so nice but made you feel comfy at the same time. We will for sure book this when we go back. The quiet cove was another advantage, and the view of the water was very nice!!

Our family has been vacationing in the Florida Panhandle for over 25 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. It is exceptionally clean and well furnished. We have a large family and is plenty of space for all of us to sit and have dinner together. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes and cookware. The beds are all extremely comfortable. While it is not directly on the beach, there is a view of the bay from the balconies. Beach access is very convenient. If you are fortunate enough to snag this comfy home, be sure to watch for the little rabbit that likes to make early morning and late evening appearances by the deck in the back yard!

Beautiful home in close proximity to the beach. Plenty of room for six adults and three kids; the 3.5 bathrooms were a huge asset. A couple cleaning hiccups were immediately addressed and staff were professional and friendly. Kitchen has basic needs, but no extras such as crockpot, ziploc bags, salt, pepper, etc.

This was our family's 2nd time booking this house this year. We love the neighborhood and being near the beach. This time we bought our bikes and enjoyed riding in the neighborhood and the bike trail. We will definitely be returning next year.

We are a family of 10 and this space fit us perfectly. It was beautiful and clean. Just a few mins drive to the beach as stated. The pool was small but walking distance. We are planning to return to this home again this summer

Welcome to Perdido Key. Your "Just Beachy" vacation home awaits your arrival. This vacation home is in the beautiful and private community of Arborgate and is just under one mile from the wonderful beaches of Perdido Key. Our private community offers low key living with a wonderful family atmosphere. Enjoy the community pool as well as walking and biking trails that will take you right to the sand.
Inside your vacation home, you will find an oasis of rest and relaxation. "Just Beachy" has many comfortable areas to unwind. Enjoy morning coffee with bay views from one of three front porches or have a quiet evening conversation on the back deck. The first floor is an open floor plan that will keep the conversations going from the fully stocked kitchen to the very comfortable living room. Enjoy adult conversations around the dining table while allowing the younger ones to eat at their own separate eating nook or breakfast bar next to the kitchen. Flow into the family room and finish the evening watching movies on the 60-inch big screen TV.
Move upstairs to the second floor where you will find three of the four bedrooms. The first master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the soaking tub, standalone shower, and double vanities. The second floor has another large bedroom with queen bed. This room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which features a fun "camper's layout" with three twin beds.
Do you really need to get away Move to the third floor, where the entire floor has its own private sitting space, sleeping quarters, and en suite bathroom (forming a second master bedroom suite with a king-size bed.) Enjoy your own private balcony and bay views. (An added bonus is that all bedrooms have their own TVs.) For those that need an added "lift," take the ELEVATOR to any desired floor. If you are searching for a place to be rejuvenated, a place to find peace, come on down to Perdido Key. We like to say that things will be "Just Beachy" while you are here. Come and see for yourself!
