Love the area- walked daily- saw osprey, brown thrush, and jays. Wonderful food truck for lunch daily. The gliders on the porch are the best part of what is an outstanding unit. The owner has though of everything one could need! Beautiful. Cassandra is also accessible for questions. We will return!

3 couples, all retired adults spent a week at this gorgeous property. Great weather, stunning scenery and outstanding amenities. Extremely comfortable 3 BR/3 BA condo with luxury furnishings. Owner Cassandra was very friendly and answered any messages very quickly. Would DEFINITELY come back again!

The pictures do not do this condo justice and the pictures are amazing. My wife and 3 almost all adult children had plenty of room. The balcony is huge. We probably spent more time out there than in the unit itself. Everything we needed was supplied, so we had no need to contact the owner. However Cassandra did text us making sure we arrived safely and had no issues, which was very nice! I highly recommend this unit and if we ever get back to this area we would want to stay here.

It is evident in this property that the owner puts a personal touch on it and it is not just another "rental income" unit for her. This is the 4th time I have stayed at Beach Colony, but the first time at one of this owners units and there is clearly NO way the other units come even close to comparing to this unit. Beautiful condo, very well decorated, clean, extras that most owners do not offer and just overall an outstanding experience with a very nice and responsive owner.

Gorgeous condo with every amenity available to use. Kitchen had everything we needed to make family dinners. Condo is just amazing with views that are nothing short of spectacular! Cassandra was the most accessible and gracious host! She goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great vacation! Would stay here again and recommend to any and all!

Had a wonderful stay at this property! Had never been to Perdido Key and our family fell in love with the location and the property! The balcony of this condo is amazing and our family spent most of our time out there when we weren't away! It's very roomy and has very comfortable furniture with a fabulous view of the ocean! There's always a cool breeze blowing so it's never too hot! We loved being so close to so many outstanding restaurants , parks, as well as the Blue Angel's Air Show! Cassandra was excellent to work with and would definitely stay here again!

Maybe the best unit we have stayed in at Beach Colony. Really appreciated the key less entry. No messing with keys or wrist bands. Nice furniture and kitchen supplies. Very pleasant experience.

We had a great time at our beautiful condo! It was wonderful being able to be so close to the beach and ocean. The view from our condo was awesome. The beach decor, 3 bedrooms and baths, fully equipped kitchen, and cable and WiFi really helped make the vacation pleasant and comfortable. We would definitely like to stay here again!

I stayed with my children and their 3 friends. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The bedrooms was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had all the items we needed to make meals. The proximity to the things we like to do in Orange Beach was great. Overall we loved this vacation and would highly recommend this condo.

We had a great time at this Beach Colony Condo. It has a spectacular view of the gulf and you can hear the sound of the surf. The condo is very well equipped with everything you will need and the owners were very easy to contact and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this unit and will definitely be back!

What a great time! When we travel, where we sleep is very important to us and this place does not disappoint. Bed is very comfortable, there is plenty of space to spread out in the rooms, everything was clean when we arrived, you feel safe at this location and the decor is welcoming .We found it to be very spacious and beautifully furnished with attention to detail and excellent value for money. We had a ocean facing view. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this apartment again.
