Central air-conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable inside, and guests can enjoy relaxing on the screened-in patio featuring a ceiling fan. Visiting dogs can run around in the enclosed backyard! The open kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, and there's even a prep island and a dishwasher to help with your cooking process. There's room to bring the whole family along to this relaxing home. Guests will have access to the community playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts within the subdivision. Not to mention, the two kayaks with life vests and paddles, four adult bikes with helmets, and a red beach wagon provided will allow everyone to have their own kind of adventure in the sunshine. When it is time to settle in for the night, the smart TV will be perfect for streaming favorite movies and shows before hitting the hay on the Sleep Number mattresses!
