Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

Lovely, fully equipped condo on manicured property. Not used to a high rise condo, I was worried the elevators would be slow but they really weren't. Parking was a breeze and I couldn't fault our stay at all! It was great to have GBR right there so we could pop in with any questions. All the staff we met were very helpful, GBR staff, security and maintenance; always great with a restaurant or places to visit suggestion.

We did some "snow birding" in Beachside II 4283 in Jan, Feb, 2018 for 6 weeks. Everything positive about the condo. Clean, comfortable, great location, easy access, on the beach, easy access to car. We liked all the conveniences of staying in the Sandestin resort also. One upgrade I would recommend would be a nicer, larger TV. Sandestin is a very manicured property with open space for walking or biking. With all the conveniences there, a person really wouldn't have to leave the resort, plus they have a continuous shuttle service which we found convenient as my wife and I were sharing one car.

We lived the resort. All amenities were great. The unit could stand freshening up. Had a damp/stale odor. Planning a return visit.

Very nicely decorated unit and very clean. Views from both the living room and the bedroom were outstanding: you are right on the gulf! Two chairs and two beach umbrellas in the unit, which saved having to rent from the beach vendors at really high prices. Location is perfect, with good restaurants close by--especially liked Mitchell's Fish House right down the street. Gibson Beach Rentals was easy to work with and gave me helpful tips about the area. I will definitely be returning to Destin!

SEASHELL DREAMIN' - Beachside Two 4283 - Sandestin/Miramar Beach, FL vacation rental
Beachside II 4283 is a beachfront 1-bedroom unit situated on the southside of the very popular Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort in Miramar Beach. The updated kitchen features every appliance and cookware you would need to make great meals. The dining table can sit 4 people plus a small breakfast bar that will seat 2. The living room has a flat screen HD TV, a new comfy sofa set for you and your loved ones to relax. For extra visitors and guests, the couch has a sofa sleeper that will comfortably sleep 2 people. The laundry closet, with the convenience of a stacked washer and dryer, can be found in the small hallway leading to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen HD TV, big mirrored closet, and an unbeatable view of the Gulf. The bathroom is completely re-done with a high-sided tub to soak in and a de-bulked vanity to create more space.

Grill burgers on the poolside grills or fill up your cooler with the huge ice machine located on the first floor. We also have a great gulf front sun deck for some much-needed quiet time. The parking deck and beach access are securely gated for a comfort of mind. From leisurely strolls to adventurous bike rides, the whole family is bound to have fun on the trails throughout the resort. We cannot wait to see you!
