Payment: 30% due upon booking. Rem. balance due 45 days before arrival. If booking within 45 days of arrival, full amount is due.
Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

We love it here!!! We’ve even stayed in the same unit two years in a row! However, this year the double bed needs replacement so I may consider renting a different unit next year. Hopefully they can replace the mattress soon so we can continue to rent the same unit. Topsl Tides has everything you need! Amazing pool! Wonderful food at the bar!! However my husband left is hat and sunglasses at the pool area and they were never turned into lost and found, but that was a small set back in an otherwise perfect week! Also the rental chairs seemed to be very close together this year making it hard for the people on the beach to have a nice view and comfort getting to and from the beach. The chairs should be a little more spread out. Thank you very much! Amazing customer service with Gibson beach rentals!!! Thank you thank you!
We're thrilled y'all had such a great time and loved the condo! Thanks for alerting us to the bed, the issue is actually when the support brace is out of place. We have re-positioned the brace so now the bed is back to its comfy, supportive nature. We would have been happy to help during your stay, next time please call us, we're happy to help with any issues you may encounter. Unfortunately, the beach service chairs are governed by the resort and not GBR. We do agree with you though and wish the circumstances were different. Hopefully in spite of the inconveniences, you all made special memories to last a lifetime. We appreciate your review and hope to have you return again!

Very clean, big, and amazing! The balcony is HUGE! You can sit there and listen to the waves crash from this condo! It’s just all around amazing! The kids loved it (ages 7&5) you also get coupons and free admission to certain attractions because of this rental company!

We had a great time with our three children. The location was great in that it boarders an undeveloped area keeping the beach less crowded. It is also located across the street from Baytown warf. The condo was just as expected. It would have been nice to have some sort of pantry or shelves for groceries but it was nice that all of the cabinets were stocked with plates, cups, bowls, etc... overall the view was great and we had a wonderful time.
