The upstairs bedroom features a King bed and twin trundle bed (2 twins) with private bathroom and treetop views. The private bathroom has plenty of counterspace and a combination tub/shower. This large bedroom suite is open to the stairwell below.
The laundry/storage room located on the ground level has been completely remodeled and now includes a "mother-in-law" suite with 2 queen sized beds and an additional full bathroom with walk-in shower. The large, spacious yard is bordered by sweeping Magnolia trees and natural vegetation with front row seats for every Florida sunset on the brand new, private fishing dock with bench seating.
