Enclosed foyer stairs and elevator (available for guest use) lead to the floors above.

The first floor features an open living area with a TV and opens to the covered deck. A queen sleeper sofa in this space offers extra sleeping options. There is the first main bedroom with private deck access and two guest bedrooms with flatscreen TVs with a shared hallway and a full bathroom on this floor. The laundry room with a washer/dryer is located on the first floor. The second floor offers a spacious living/dining/kitchen area with amazing coastal views. The living area features a gas fireplace, TV, and lots of comfortable seating. The living area opens to the amazing second-floor screened porch. The second main bedroom with TV, private deck access, and jetted tub completes the second floor.
