Start and end each day with the gentle sound of Gulf waves from your private perch within a laid-back community complete with a sparkling on-site pool. Updated furnishings, decor, and appliances provide total modern comfort inside the home. The townhome is located on the quiet, east side of St. George Island, just a few blocks from the pristine beauty of Dr. Julian G. Bruce State Park. The St. George Island Lighthouse & Museum, bars, shops, groceries, and local dining options are less than four miles away.

A decorative fireplace, comfortable seating, and a smart TV frame the family gatherings in the living room. Stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to plan home-cooked meals. Both bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy. Each one includes a smart TV and balcony access. The primary bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom.
