We found paradise when we came to Watercolor for a wedding in 2014. Just loved the relaxed, family friendly atmosphere and decided we absolutely needed to make this place our home at least part time.

Before we make this our permanent home, we decided to selectively rent it for several weeks per year. Riding the beach cruiser to the beach and Seaside is the way of life here. Do not really need a car. Publix grocery store is a 10 minute walk or minutes away on the bike or GEM car.. Ride to Seaside for breakfast. Doesn't get much better than this for a family vacation.
