Meet & Contact Chris & Kendra

Hi, we are Chris and Kendra Royer.  I, Kendra, was born and raised on the beach. I love everything about the beach life! My Husband, Chris, is a Denver native and loves to be outdoors, making memories with our family.  We enjoy coming to Waterscape often with our family. My favorite thing to do is morning and evening beach walks to food and entertainment. Chris's favorite thing to do is grilling poolside while the kids play at the pools. If you ask our kids what their favorite thing to do is, they will tell you "The lazy river, waterfall, and building sand castles!" It has been a life long dream of ours to have a beach home that we could create unique memories with our kiddos. We are so excited to get to share our family beach home with you and your family as well!
