My name is Kim Dillingham - I am super excited to manage this unit for Jason & Amy. They are a lovely couple from GA that are living a lifelong dream of owning a condo on the beautiful emerald beaches of PCB. I have been managing local rental houses along with several other PCB condos for many years. I truly enjoy helping families find the perfect condo to make beach memories.

From the owners:
On my senior trip in high school, while staying at here at The Summit,  I (Jason) said, - "I'll  buy a condo here one day." Then I went into ministry after college and that dream was all but lost. Fast forward to April 2020 when Amy and I sold our rental house, we were able to buy our condo sight unseen. Within 24 hours numerous offers came in but they accepted our offer, finally making the dream a reality. With that said, we don't look at our condo as ours, but as the Lord's. It is really a testimony to his faithfulness and for pursuing a dream.
