We have owned Tidewater 704 since 2020.  And we redid the condo once we purchased it.  We love its position on the beach directly in Orange Beach and the feel for the building across from Zekes.  It's a smaller more intimate building and we can walk to mass and to dinners.  I love this stretch of beach in Orange Beach.  
We have owned Island Tower 2403 since the building went up.  We redid it from top to bottom in 2020.   It's truly our second home, and it's furnished like one.  Most of my renters here are repeat renters.  I wanted it to be on a true by owner website because it is repeat rentals which make up my rentals and I get to know my guests.  The building has been closed for over 6 months as they are recoating and redoing the entire exterior of it -- and will be like new when it is finished.  
I used to own Crystal Shores 1007 -- but I now manage this now for the owner of this property.  I still get owner bookings in this unit year after year and I have always wanted to buy it back.  My husband won't let me though.  Maybe some day!
I am partial to units which are on western corners and maximize sunsets.  
I have been in real estate sales for 25 years and have owned and managed real estate investment properties for over 30 years.  We take good care of our properties and work to make sure that our guests enjoy their stays in them.  I moved to Alabama about 20 years ago and started managing my own properties at that time.
