"Heavenly Daze on 30A" is a beautiful newly constructed house just steps from the sugar white sands of Seagrove Beach! It sleeps 13 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably! This 3 story home includes a elevator for ease as well! Enjoy the private heated pool with grill, cover and open patio, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off! The community private beach access is just steps away or cruise on the bikes that are included in the rental and explore all there is to offer in Seagrove Beach on 30A!
The second floor hosts the main living spaces with an open concept living, kitchen and dining area. The white ship lapped walls and wood beams give a coastal chic vibe and the light beams in from the balcony. The stunning chefs kitchen has high-end stainless steel Viking appliances, including a 6-burner gas range oven with a vent hood overhead. The kitchen island has bar seating for 3 while the built in dining area can seat up to 10. There is a guest bedroom with a queen on the second floor and an en suite with a shower and single sink.
Jump in the elevator and soar to the third floor and you will find three guest bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite is on this level with a king bed, private balcony, and en suite with two sinks and a walk in tiled shower. The queen guest bedroom and bunk room share a hall bathroom with two sinks and a tiled walk in shower. The bunk room has a full over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk, sleeping 6 guests comfortably!
When entering the driveway and covered car port you are welcomed by a spacious patio and private pool! Make a splash or grill up a meal to eat at the outdoor dining table. The pool is covered to give shade from the sun - after the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower then take a refreshing dip! There is also a full size washer and dryer!

1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property.
4) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Please note the golf cart is included seasonally (March 1 - October 31). Wavier must be signed before the code is provided.
6) There is currently active construction across the street and end date is unknown at this time.
