Condo was beautiful and very well decorated. Amy, the owner is a gem to work with and was always ready to answer any questions. The patio was great for morning coffee and dinners. The view of the beach is breathtaking. We will be back soon.

Amazing place to stay! Condo was great… location was great… nothing negative to say. Amy was quick to respond (and with two young boys and some work to get done I’m sure she was tired of my random questions).

The condo was great and exactly as pictured. Beautiful view of the ocean from the spacious balcony, comfortable living space, and the condo location is just off the busy sections of the Destin area. Amy was an excellent host helping us to prepare for our visit and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be checking on the availability of this condo when we return to the Miramar Beach area. Thanks Amy!

Beautifully furnished spacious condo with spectacular view of pools, beach, and Gulf. Large patio with 2 chaise lounges, bar table and 4 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 King BR, 2 Bath. Quiet unit with comfortable beds, lovely linens. Furnished amenities for beach. Convenient location with great restaurants and shopping nearby. Very gracious hospitality by owners; they made our vacation memorable. Certainly, worth booking again.

Amy’s condo was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean, well decorated and felt very spacious even for our family of 6. Amy was also such a great host and very prompt to respond to anything we needed. I also have to mention that the pool area was also amazing for my 3 small children! Will definitely be staying here next time we are in the area.

We stayed here in the last week of April as a family with a toddler. The place was exactly as advertised: clean, up to date, and conveniently located right on the beach and near all amenities and experiences. The facility is safe with gated security, quiet enough to be peaceful, yet busy enough to let you know you’re not alone. The private beach access made it easy and pleasant to spend an entire day in the sun. The pool(s) were well kept and accessible. The unit itself was spotless, and perfectly fitted for us to put the toddler in a separate room and still be able to sit on the balcony, watch TV, or just relax. Would also be great for two couples looking to split a trip. Amy (host) responded immediately, gave extensive and informative instructions leading up to our stay, and was an absolute pleasure to interact with. This is a great stay, at a fair price, and we recommend without reservations.

We basically spent the entire trip either on the beach or enjoying the balcony! Her unit is lovely and as shown in the pictures. The building/common areas are a bit outdated and in need of a clean. Amy is terrific, very helpful and communicative.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful, clean, well decorated condo! The balcony views were amazing. We were able to hang out on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing against the shore. It was so relaxing! I love that it's only a short walk to the beach. I think this Condo is in a great location. There is a grocery store right across the road and a number of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. If I ever have the chance to stay here again, I will! The hostess was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay!

Soft relaxing colors and comfortable casual furniture make this the perfect beach retreat. The massive balcony boasts bar top seating for 4 as well as 2 lounge chairs allowing you to relax and enjoy those stunning ocean views. We bought the condo for that VIEW! 14th floor provides both Gulf and Bay water views that cannot be beat! Each bedroom has a KING bed. If you like cooking, you will enjoy the larger kitchen featuring granite countertops. Beautiful flooring accents all the coastal furnishings to provide a tranquil break from life's hectic pace. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled with beautiful tile showers and gorgeous granite countertops.
KING beds in both bedrooms. When you arise each morning, the master bedroom features water views...what better way to wake up! From there, enter the tranquil master bathroom which provides a spacious tile shower. The guest bedroom is roomy and has bathroom access right outside the door making it easy for 2 couples or families to enjoy condo without sharing a bathroom. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled with beautiful tile showers & gorgeous granite countertops.
Beautiful flooring accents all the coastal furnishings to provide a tranquil break from life's hectic pace. There is a sleeper sofa allowing 2 extra guests ample room to sleep comfortably. The large living space easily seats 6 as does the dining room table.
If you like cooking, you will enjoy the larger kitchen featuring granite countertops and 3 barstools. There is a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster and other amenities you need on vacation! The washer and dryer are in kitchen making any laundry you must do on vacation very convenient.

BOOKING DETAILS:
PRICING- Add weekly rate to $175 cleaning and $100 admin fee THEN add on 12% tax. If you stay over a week, just determine the nightly fee for any nights above 7.
PAYMENT TERMS- 50% due to book with remaining 50% due 30 days ahead of arrival. If stay is more than 9 months out, then I'm open to discuss terms.
CHECK IN DAY- Saturday, unless calendar shows differently. Example- A renter stays longer than a week and checks out on a non-Saturday so next renter can check in on whatever day that is.
MINIMUM STAY- 7 days unless someone checks out on a non-Saturday leavning opportunity to book for less than a week. 2 options currenlty, Sat 9/11 and Sun 9/19 can be less than one week stays.
AGE requirement- 25 years is minimum age to book per condo complex rules.
CANCEL TERMS- If cancel at least 14 days out, you get a full refund minus admin fee. If you cancel 7 days out, you get partital refund minus your admin fee. If rental dates get booked, then you would get a full refund minus the admin fee.

Conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive, Edgewater is just minutes away from Destin's most popular restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We love that the location also allows you to WALK to several restaurants, a grocery & liquor store.
There is a great new casual restaurant, Ashton’s, just across street. It’s a sports bar atmosphere, but with good food as well as lots of TV and tons of beer on tap. Live music many evenings & both in and outdoor seating available. The Winn Dixie grocery and liquor store are right beside Ashton’s so any food/drinks you need are less than 5 minute walk from condo.
Walk to Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Panera as well as a large outdoor outlet mall. (Our kids are excited about that!) For a wonderful beach restaurant, walk 1/2 m to the Surf Hut where you can eat inside or outside w/ your feet in the sand.
