Pelican Beach 814, Destin, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

If you’re ever in Destin, this is definitely a great spot. It was clean, plenty of towels and fully equipped with everything you need, location was close to everything, the beach view was to die for, the beach access was clean and beautiful. 
We can’t wait to come back, thank you Shawn for creating a great experience for my family and I !

The view from the massive balcony was awesome! Very clean and updated! The condo is located at Pelican Beach Resort and has everything you need for the beach or pool! We loved our stay and honestly will book the same place again if its available! If you have a chance to book this place, do it! You wont be disappointed!

What a wonderful place! Just as the listing showed. Shawn and his wife thought of everything which made our stay perfect. They were very responsive to all my questions.

We had an amazing vacation in Destin! I was very happy with our stay in Shawns condo! It truly does have a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and sunsets! The condo was very clean, mattresses were Comfortable, the kitchen is stocked very well and included a Ninja blender! The property itself has a lot to offer. We enjoyed the restaurant . It’s casual which i liked for grabbing breakfast or lunch and the tiki bar was Great for anything you want from a water, Pepsi, or frozen daiquiri . I knew we would have beach service available for the chairs and umbrella but in this section what I didn’t know is that during the day from around 10am-5ish we had waitstaff service on the beach that would bring drinks and food if we ordered! It was nice! 

The space was perfectly clean, well-stocked with anything we needed and was decorated stylishly. The grounds of the complex were clean and neat.

We had an amazing stay at Shawn’s condo. The space was perfectly clean, well-stocked with anything we needed and was decorated stylishly. 

Shawn’s place is great, clean and in a great location, close to most of the restaurants and shop. The Pelican has its private beach as well as two swimming pools. The room has a very nice view for the beach.

Everything was so easy and perfect! Super cute place, equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and on the beach!! Would highly recommend!
