We had an absolute blast with our two children at Pelican Beach 604. The weather was so warm for our entire week and we could hardly pull our kids out of the heated pools. We loved the location as it was easy for us to run out for groceries or dinner. The new furniture is so nice and the kids adored the bunks. Thank you - we will be back soon!

We had to visit family in the area and booked this fairly last minute not knowing much and we ended up having the best time. The beach is so pretty and it wasn't as crowded as we expected. I only wish we could've stayed an entire week but next time we will for sure! Thank you!

We love the Pelican Resort. So much to do and we love all the pools and quick walk to the beach. The new pool is so huge and the kids loved it! We rarely had to leave the property and loved our meals at the cafe onsite. Don't miss the sauna and steam room in the fitness center. Our son discovered the arcade and was in heaven. We had great weather and awesome family time.

*All guests must check in with the front desk to receive amenity wristbands. Maximum 6 guests is enforced by the building. Infants count as a guest for building rules and fire code laws in the city of Destin – regardless of any booking site not counting an infant!!
*No smoking or vaping in condo or balcony and no pets allowed – smoking in designated area only and is strictly enforced by the building.
*This is a pet free building and NO pets are allowed and is strictly enforced by building security. Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. If you have a support animal that you want to bring, please search for pet friendly rental options!*
****The Pelican Beach HOA does not allow any outside guests to visit the property during March 15-April 12 and July 1-7. Only registered guests will be allowed on property – this allows the guests to have ample space at the beach and pools. This condo is only allowed to have 6 guest registered to the condo. During spring/summer, wristbands are provided by the building. Lost wristbands are $25 to replace. If your wristband is damaged or broken, bring it to the desk for free replacement**

You will have access to the entire condo and all building amenities!
We want our guests to have a private and relaxing vacation so we will not intrude. However, if you need us, we are just a phone call or text away! You will be provided with a personal door code for your stay!
The Pelican Beach Resort is a gated beach resort nestled in the heart of Destin – so you’ll have easy access to the best shopping, dining and entertainment! With a full service cafe and tiki bar, you barely have to leave the property if you don’t want to! Check out our guide book with some of our favorite restaurants, dining, shopping, boating and golfing!
We offer FREE first come first served covered parking. All ride sharing services are available.
-The trash chutes are located by the elevators. For any items too large for the chute, you can use the large dumpster near the parking garage.
-Tennis courts are located on the 2nd level of the parking garage
-Shuffleboard is located at the north end of the parking lot
Before finalizing your reservation be sure you agree to:
1. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old, show proof of age and must personally supervise any guests under age at ALL times!
2. NO PETS allowed per building and owner rules! Emotional support animals are not required to be allowed in vacation rentals per ADA laws!
3. NO SMOKING/VAPING in the condo or the balcony.
4. All guests must electronically sign our reservation agreement after booking.
5. Failure to follow the condo and/or building rules can result in eviction with loss of all rents and deposits!
We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building – we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours. The $14 community fee is for a $500 accidental damage waiver. There will be a credit hold of $300 placed 2 days prior to your reservation for a security deposit. This is released 7 days after departure if there is no damage not covered by the damage waiver.
