DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Welcome to SandDollar 12, in the Heart of Destin. These are the original highly-desired sugar white beaches of Destin, and you can't get a better seat. Vacationing at Sanddollar Townhomes puts you within walking distance to some of Destin's favorite Restaurants. And, the ocean is all yours. Just step off your deck onto your own beach, where you will enjoy your own space in the sand.  Two sets of Beach Service chairs and umbrellas are included with each reservation Mar-Oct.



This gorgeous Sanddollar beachfront townhouse which will sleep 10 people comfortably.   You'll immediately notice the direct beach views from each of the 3 levels of private balconies. This beach house is 3 levels and requires navigation of stairs to fully enjoy and access all it has to offer.  A street-level apartment that sleeps four is fully furnished with a kitchen area, bedroom, living area with sleeper sofa, balcony, and private washer dryer.  A private deck steps out over the sands of the Gulf, where unbeatable views are all yours. 



Up one level is the main living area, complete with tasteful beach furnishings, sleeper sofa, large HD TV, full kitchen, and private deck.  The Full Kitchen is equipped with Appliances, Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware. There is a separate dining area and a bar with stools for the kids. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.  There are two additional bedrooms up one more level, as well as another full bath and private deck.  The bedrooms on the 3rd level  have sliding doors out to your very own private beach-side balcony. Sleep with the drapes open, and no-one will every know. 



This rental comes with 3 private balconies plus a beach-level deck. The private balconies are equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach.

Destin vacations are full of what makes memorable vacations: fishing trips, beautiful beaches, snorkeling, boating, great dining, shopping and nightlife, you will never run out of things to do near your Destin beach rental. Sandollar is a short drive away from the Destin Harbor, home to the largest fishing charter fleet in Florida. The entire area is surrounded by water, so water sports are a favorite way to enjoy the bay, rivers and gulf: snorkel or take a dolphin tour with Pelican Adventures; go parasailing on the Destin Harbor with Just Chute Me, or rent wave runners from Gilligan’s Watersports in Mid Destin. This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure.  Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional.  We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.  



COVID-19:

This property is available for occupancy.  Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern.  That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas.  All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests.  We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.



PROVISIONS

**Guests must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property.

**Check-In 4pm   Check-Out 10am

**Completed and Signed Rental Agreement must be submitted by email within 24hrs 

**Pets:  Restricted to 2 crate trained dogs of 40 lbs or less only.  Pets should be secured in crate at any time it is left alone in the property.  Pet Fee applies and may be added if not included in initial quote.

**There are two designated parking spots for this rental, and they are directly in front of the unit. Guests may only park two small or midsize vehicles onsite.  All other vehicles must be parked off site at owner's discretion.

**There is NO SMOKING allowed in this property.

**There is no elevator here, so all parties should be able to navigate stairs. To access the beach, there is a staircase on the beach side of the building.
