Beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need to have many wonderful days at the beach were provided in the house. A well-appointed kitchen to make wonderful meals, and a very quiet and nice neighborhood too.

Perfect place for a family of 7 - plenty of separation with the 2 floors. Beautifully decorated & very comfortable. Well stocked with all the basic including beach supplies! Owners are FANTASTIC about communicating as well. Would highly recommend. Beach was red flagged a few days of our stay but we were perfectly happy to spend those days at the beachside pool.

Beautiful home, fully stocked, excellent location! Only issue is parking. Only room for 1 car. Only 3 guest parking spots which are for multiple units. Beach shuttle service is awesome. We will be back!

Worth the wait was perfect! Our family had so much fun staying there. The layout is great and beautifully decorated! It had all the amenities you could ask for…and Tops’l is always a great place with pools, tennis, beach and beach restaurant and bar. The golf cart shuttle showed up in minutes each time we called making it so convenient to get to the beach. Our family had a blast and we will definitely be back!

Me and my family had an amazing time at the resort. The condo was everything that was stated in description and more. Melanie provided beach chairs, beach towels, goggles for my grand kids, beach toys. The linens in the house were hotel quality. The beds were super comfortable. You could tell that Melanie and her husband really cared about their guests having a great time. We weren't directly on the beach but we'd call the free shuttle and be at the beach in 4 minutes. I felt safe and secure in the home and very welcome. The condo was spotless and care was taken in ensuring that I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. It's definitely a condo that I'd recommend. I travel the world for work and get tired of staying in hotels. I felt like I was a home in this condo.

Our February get away was fantastic because of this amazing property. So delightfully decorated, comfortable beds, stocked with anything you would need to cook with and all the beach toys you would need. Loved the peaceful, quiet patio so sit out on and grill our delicious steaks. Such close proximity to the indoor/ outdoor heated pool and fitness center. Beautiful resort with a easy walk to the beach. The private beach was awesome . Loved having our own car port. Easy access to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Away from the busy areas of Destin but close enough to visit it. Road our bikes around Baytown and Sandestin area. Plenty of space for a family of 8 even though it was just the two of us with an occasional visit by friends. Highly recommend this home. You won’t be disappointed. Only downfall was that the beach side pool was not heated in February, no hot tub and not many chairs and no umbrellas set up at the pool by the beach. Other places we have stayed had heated pools at this time of year.

It was so great to be in Florida over December when it was below zero at home. Worth the Wait felt like home away from home for over three weeks. This townhouse is beautiful and so comfortable. It was also convenient to work remotely as their is a dedicated work space and fast Internet. The area is also decorated so nicely for the holiday season. We ate at some great local restaurants and enjoyed several rounds of golf. I highly recommend Worth the Wait for anyone wanting to spend time in a comfortable home close to the beach, shopping, activities, and restaurants

My wife and I recently stayed at the Worth the Wait Beach townhouse for some R&R while celebrating a get away for our Anniversary. What a GREAT experience! If you and your family are looking for comfort, cleanliness and beauty.....this is the place for you. It has everything you'll need. This house has a great kitchen, awesome bedrooms (with very comfy beds) and room to spread out for larger groups if needed. Want to head to the beach? Just call the tram service and they pick you up very quickly in the golf cart and are very courteous. Or, you can walk it, it's not a long walk and peaceful. I can't say enough about how beautiful Miramar Beach is and the pools are a great place to relax and get some sun (NOTE: adult beverages available right there). My wife and I took full advantage. The resort is gated and guarded so safety is no concern and it's so peaceful The whole home is geared up for tech, so bring your Prime, NetFlix or whatever passwords with you and enjoy smart TV's throughout - with your own programming in the evenings. Destin is a wonderful place. Tons of shopping, eating, beaches and sunshine (weather was GREAT) so if you're planning a trip, you'd better line up Worth The Wait Beach House - you won't regret it! Melanie and Brad are wonderful people and very helpful. They even gave us dining referrals. Made our trip easy and comfortable and they nailed it when they said....."just pack your clothes, that's all you'll need". You can't ask for more. We had a wonderful time so we thank you for making our trip so great.

My family of 7( 5 adults, 2 kids), just returned from a stay at worth the wait. I cannot say enough great things about this townhouse and the resort it's in. I'll start with the house. It is absolutely beautifully decorated but done so with a sense of "home and coziness" that welcomes you right in. We stayed 1 week and there wasn't 1 thing that the home didn't have that we would need. The kitchen was stocked for a few meals we ate the home. I even made smoothies each morning with an impressive ninja blender. The showers came with soap, shampoo, and conditioner In a nice dispenser installed. We actually ordered one of Amazon for our homes after loving them here..lol. The layout of house was perfect for our larger group. The master upstairs is breathtaking in size and decor. The beds were very, very comfortable with top notch linens. The closet on the exterior of the home had at least 6 or so beach chairs, toys, wagon, cornhole,and more We loved the resort this home is located in. We've been coming to miramar for many years, staying in different condos each time. But this was by far and away my favorite! The home is a short 10-15 minute walk to the beachfront pool and beach access. It's a beautiful walk. We used the shuttle in the afternoons, when the heat was the worst. They were always so prompt and courteous. My kids loved riding on the back of the golf cart! The beach access is private and never overly crowded and we went on a busy week in june/July. The pool was my childrens favorite hang out. They are 10 year old twins and they, like typical kids, get bored easily. The daily activities at the pool were both affordable and enjoyable for them. Plus we came home with handcrafted souvenirs I can save and remember this vacation for years to come. Thank you Melanie for being a top notch host and owner. We loved everything about worth the wait beach house. We have already compared calendars to plan our next vacation in your fabulous home!!

My family recently stayed at Worth the Wait Beach House for a long Memorial Day Holiday weekend getaway. It was our first time at Miramar Beach, and it did not disappoint. The house was beautifully decorated, and Brad and Melanie, the owners, honestly thought of everything needed for the most comfortable beach vacation. They were also very accommodating. We traveled by plane, so having the necessary beach supplies helped tremendously. Three of the four days had picture-perfect weather. But even on the rainy day, we played cards and board games around the large dining table and had fun just being together. The Tops'l pool and beach were the places to be, and we couldn't believe the beauty of the ocean on the Emerald Coast. We are beach people and just loved our stay at Worth the Wait. My girl friends and I took our daughters for an all girls spring break trip, and absolutely LOVED our stay!! This house has everything you need and more! I have traveled with family to the beach every year for summer vacations (in various locations in FL) and if you’ve done the same you know the haul that you’re in for. Worth the Wait Beach House has everything to make your trip seamless! Beach toys, chairs (that can be worn like backpacks), umbrellas, a wagon, rolling cooler, beach towels, beach bags, boogie board, mini golf equipment, etc…. All the amenities you could possibly need that you don’t need to pack. The beach shuttle is so convenient and the drivers are always so friendly (they even step out to help you load the wagon/cooler in the back of the bus), but if you enjoy the fresh air the walk down to the beach is beautiful! Outside of the home, which is immaculate and peaceful, there are so many awesome bonuses about the complex. Tennis courts right out the front door, quaint bar/indoor pool just footsteps from the back door, mini golf area just before the beach boardwalk, and poolside bar & grill with beachfront views. Our trip had endless entertainment for our kiddos just within the complex alone! Outside the complex, right down the road, we had great eats and shopping options that were sure to appeal to the masses. We were thankful for the Walmart that was just up the road that kept our fridge/pantry stocked with all the goodies needed for our nights in. All in all, this place will be a staple in our vacation life! The genuine preparation for fun and relaxation that the owners put into this oasis shows in every aspect of this place, and we plan to keep making memories here for years to come!!

We had amazing vacation at Worth the Wait! The townhome is gorgeous and has everything you will need during your stay. It was very clean and decorated perfectly! The shuttle comes straight to your door and drops off right at the pool/beach which was perfect for our family as we had two small children and lots of items to take with us. The pool overlooks the beach and has a gorgeous view. We loved the pool grill and bar. The food and drinks were amazing. The location was great and so much to do within a short drive. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

My family truly enjoyed our entire stay at your townhome this summer. The entire place was fully stocked, from the extra touches in bathrooms to the fully stocked kitchen, from the blankets in the living room to toys for the beach! The shuttle came within minutes after our call and drove us directly to the beach. Service that can't be beat! We enjoyed lunch at the Blue Dunes Grill most days, and cooked breakfast and dinner at the townhome. Our 3 children enjoyed the poolside activities, bringing home wonderful mementos of our time in Florida such as tie dyed t-shirts, stuffed animals, and handmade necklaces. Having 3 bedrooms meant that everyone had their own private space to relax. It was a wonderful time and we will surely be back!

It was our 1st time visiting Florida and it was most definitely Worth The Wait on this full equipped townhome. Our 3 day stay was awesome with all the included amenities. Beds are support comfortable! It also provides the beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler, etc.... Everything needed to go to the beach! Many shopping stores and restaurants nearby. I will most definitely be booking with them again for next summer!

Your place is amazing! We all loved every minute of it and our stay. You seriously did and great job with the remodel and decore, so much we had to stop at Retail Therapy on the way home to grab a piece of art and some star fish. You guys thought of everything and i mean everything. Any time i thought oh shoot i forgot this or that all i had to do was look one spot and there it was. Example - kids board games and books. Everything was so comfortable and so much fun. We definitely spent tons of time at the beach and beach pool (Sooo beautiful and fun). We can't wait for another trip, we are hooked on the area for sure now! Thanks again, your place made the trip pretty memorable for us and the kiddos!

Coastal Retreat in Private Beach Resort!
We've thought of everything to make your vacation carefree and relaxing, including all of the amenities you'd find in your own home. Our beds are comfy with crisp white bedding and plenty of fluffy pillows to get a good night's sleep, along with ceiling fans in each bedroom. Our linens are sanitized after every rental so you're always sleeping with fresh bedding!
- King 2nd floor MBR - 55" cable TV, closet & 2 dressers; USB charges in the lamps, ironing board, iron, steamer, clothes drying rack; 43" desk, chair, and 27" LED monitor (please bring your adapter for HDMI cord).
- Queen 1st floor BR - 42" smart TV, closet, armoire, & USB chargers, ensuite bath
- Full/Queen 2nd floor BR - adult-ready solid wood bunk, 42" cable TV, reading lights on beds, closet, drawers, & USB chargers. This room has sliding doors out to a 2nd floor deck.
- Upgraded trampoline support Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and USB charges in both LR lamps

The two full bathrooms (one on each floor) have modern dual vanities with granite, large walk-in showers and private water closets. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in each shower for your convenience. There's a full size washer and dryer on the first floor for any laundry needs, and we provide starter supplies like paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent & dryer sheets. We've been renters for many years and know that the little things are appreciated!The modern kitchen boasts plenty of gorgeous soft-close cabinets with all of the essentials (and many "extras") to make a huge breakfast, lunch for the kiddos, or a full dinner for your group.
After a day at the beach, grill some burgers or steak on the gas grill out on the back patio while playing a game of cornhole (we provide), and enjoy a family dinner with seating for 6 at the table and 4 more at the breakfast bar. Later, cozy around the 65" smart TV with the family and watch a movie on Netflix or Prime on our high speed wifi network, or pull out one of the games or books in the entertainment cabinet, that doubles as an electric fireplace in the winter months! Bring your Alexa or Google devices and listen to your favorite playlists, or fall asleep to your favorite sounds.
When it comes to enjoying the beach, we've got you covered there also. With 6 Tommy Bahama backpack-style beach chairs, and two upgraded sand beach umbrellas, enjoy the best part of the resort - it's beachfront! Pack it all up in the foldable wagon and fill the wheeled cooler we provide, and take a short 12 min. walk to the 600 ft. of private beach down a dedicated sidewalk and ramp to the sand. If you'd rather ride than walk, the free resort shuttles pick up right at our driveway and drops you off at the beach entrance. We've got beach toys for the kids, and we provide 6 beach towels for your use as well. You won't find all this in most other rentals!
Within the TOPS'L resort, you get access to the gorgeous beachfront pool and deck, Blue Dunes Grille and Bar, Topspin bistro just 3 min from our front door; mini-golf course (we provide adult and kids clubs and balls), half basketball court (yep, we provide the basketball, too!), shuffleboard, tennis courts, and most importantly, 600 ft. of private sugar white sand beach! For those guests who want to use the owners' fitness center (Club) with daily fitness classes, steam room, hot tub, sauna, tennis or pickelball, and indoor/outdoor pool, a 3-day or 5-day guess pass can be provided for an additional $45/day (3-day min.) upon arrival when checking in at the Club. You just need to pack your swimsuit & clothes and you're all set!
Our cleaning & maintenance crews are local, which ensures that should anything arise during your stay, you've got folks available to you at all times to get it resolved. You must be 25 years old to reserve our vacation home, and you must be present for the duration of the stay. No more than 3 guests under 21 per each adult over 25. All arriving guests will need to check in at our security gate with a valid ID to obtain your vehicle pass(es).
