This 2-story beach townhome accommodates SEVEN (7) guests, offering both a place to call home and pristine beaches a short 5-minute walk. Street-legal golf cart included.

Stylishly decorated with variegated wood-style floors and soft coastal gray walls, this townhome perfectly captures the ambiance of the Emerald Coast. The first floor has two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with a HDTV and the second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with a desk/workspace and HDTV.  This floor also has a full laundry room.  
The second floor of this lovely townhome features the living area, kitchen, and master bedroom. The living space is beautifully decorated in neutral coastal tones with a splash of color inspired by the gulf, making you feel like you have arrived at the beach!  Open the living room doors to the spacious balcony for extra space and to let the salty scent of the Gulf breeze soak in.  There is plenty of soft, comfortable seating for everyone to kick back while watching HDTV and sharing time together.  The living room flows into the fully-stocked kitchen, where you will find that it is equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite feast.  The kitchen is furnished with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.  Just down the hall you will find the large master suite featuring a plush king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a full private bathroom with a dual vanity.  This level also includes a powder bath down the hall.

The Shoppes at Paradise Isle are a two-minute walk to pick up last-minute supplies, hit the salon or even get a massage!
Enjoy the day, sand free at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just 1.5 miles away!
Bikers will be in absolute paradise, with 20+ miles of bike paths to explore along the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit provides a discount code for Fun Pug Bike and Paddleboard rental!
