We enjoyed a beautiful scene every morning and location was great as well. Beach was only like a 7 min drive from the house. Great restaurants close by as well as grocery stores. We got to enjoy all the features of the house, from the pool and grill all the way to the welcoming livingroom. Host was very quick on responding any and all of our questions! Definitely looking forward to stay at their place in a near future!

It is in a quiet, not crowded area but still very close to everything such as supermarket, Walmart, numerous fast foods or nice sit down restaurants on the strip.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The pool was perfect for the kids, they spent most of the time in the pool. The patio was beautiful to watch the sunset and sunrise.

Karen had fishing poles, fishing lures and camping chairs. There are also 4 vintage bicycles to stroll around town. Small fishing kayak if you wanted to fish in the sea water in the backyard.

Kitchen cabinets filled with all cooking necessities, no need to bring anything.

I will be definitely coming back again. This time with boat or jet skis. BRING BOAT OR JETSKIS! The boating dock is super convenient and the boat ramp is directly across the pond.

We had booked this place months in advance, and there were no reviews of the home and I knew it was a brand new listing. But we booked it anyway, and boy did we make the best choice ever! Our whole group (4 couples) couldn’t stop raving about how great this house was. The host is fabulous and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!! Perfect dock for our 26’ chaparral, the pool was nice for evening swims, and the views were absolutely gorgeous! 

The home is spacious and has plenty of beds and space if needed for air mattresses too. Everything from the furniture to the dock is in great shape. The home was the perfect place for our family gathering with a nice covered porch overlooking the pool where our kids spent the most time!
Karen responded quickly to all my messages ahead of booking and was readily available to help if needed during our stay. The neighbors even checked on us when we were out front and welcomed us too! The location is perfect - quiet, beautiful and yet near many things to do and grocery stores - but we never left the property other than for food!
I can’t say enough about how accommodating and response Karen was and how much I appreciated that. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in FWB/Destin.

We loved our stay here! So much room to spread out. Beautifully decorated. The outside area is superb. Very relaxing spot close to Destin.

The house had all the kitchen items plus more than we needed. Stocked with beach towels and plenty of room for our group. We had the best family vacation and will plan to return again.

Great location, awesome views, and very clean. We really enjoyed the backyard area with the pool and grill. The dock was convenient for us to use our boat. We loved that the hosts included bicycles and beach towels for us to use.

Karen was very responsive. 10/10 We enjoyed every day’s stay very close to restaurants and to the beaches arcades and lots of fun things to do in the area.
