"The Opal" is a newly constructed  ( April, 2023 ),  5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath beach house that accommodates up to 10 guest,  6 ADULTS MAXIMUM !  ADULTS CONSIDERED  18 and ABOVE,   . Family oriented rental. House has 4 bedrooms  with king size beds, each with its own bath,one bedroom has a twin over full bunk that  shares a bedroom with king bed connected by a jack and Jill bathroom.     40 /  10 front deck gives you a direct view of the gulf less than 150 ft to the sand. Parking area can accommodate 5 to 6 cars easily.    There is no smoking, no pets and must be 25 to apply to rent.  There are no parties and only people renting are allowed to stay in house.  house comes with outdoor shower with hot  and cold water and a commode .Kidney shaped 12x24 pool.       *******  the premises has cameras underneath for secur!ity  and surveillance purposes **********  Guests are to provide their own beach equipment,chairs ,floats ,toys,etc.
