"The Opal" is a newly constructed  ( April, 2023 ),  5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath beach house that accommodates up to 10 guest,  6 adults maximum. Family oriented rental. House has 4 bedrooms  with king size beds, a twin over full bunk in its own bedroom shared by a bedroom with king bed connected by a jack and Jill bathroom.     40 /  10 front deck gives you a direct view of the gulf less than 150 ft to the sand. Parking area can accommodate 5 to 6 cars easily.    There is no smoking, no pets and must be 25 to apply to rent.  There are no parties and only people renting are allowed to stay in house.  house comes with outdoor shower with hot  and cold water and a commode .Kidney shaped 12x24 pool
