Damage to Property Clause:
Any damages to or legal violations against the property during Guest stay will be the sole responsibility of Guest. Any monetary expenses as a result of damages or legal violations will be billed within 30 days of Guest Check-Out Date. An itemized Bill for any damages/violations will be sent to the home address of Guest and payable within 30 days of bill date.

What a wonderful hidden Gem we stayed at. The people we met were wonderful. We had the best week! The location is perfect! Close to beach yet far enough for privacy. Condo was so clean and quaint. The welcome feeling when we walked in the door was impressive!. Everything you need is right there either in the condo or down the street. The beach was so clean and safe to be out playing in the water. Definitely family and/or couple friendly. The pool was extremely clean a perfect place away from the beach for a day. We loved it so much we booked next year already. So much more to do and to see! Renting golf carts next year! Thank you Cheryl! It was perfect!

A very cozy, clean and accommodating condo. Just steps from the beach, minutes away from many delicious places to eat. This condo is nestled in a very quiet villa with a nice pool to enjoy. So many activities for the family to enjoy in the evenings. Owners are more than helpful. It was a fantastic stay for our family of 5!

**Payment Information: ** Payments will be accepted via Zelle (Preferred), and or Check unless otherwise agreed to by the owner.
Reservation Deposit: 50% of Term Rental Amount will be due at the time of booking to reserve dates. All Checks must be the full amount of the rental and must be received 2 to 3 weeks prior to renting.
Remaining Balance: Due one week prior to Guest Check-In Date.
Cleaning Fee: Standard cleaning fees will be included in the cost of the rental. Any additional cleaning deemed necessary as a result of the stay will be communicated to the Guest via Email/Text prior to charging.
**By making a deposit or full payment you agree to all said rules and guidelines.
Access to Rental Property and Pool: Upon receipt of the Remaining Balance payment, Guest will be provided the Access Code to the property and pool.
Electronic Agreement: Acceptance of Agreements made via Email or Text will be honored as a formal Agreement, upon the request of the Guest.
Cancellation Agreement: Written/Electronic Cancellations must be received within 14 days of Rental Agreement Check-In date. It is the guests responsibility to follow up to ensure receipt of the notificaiton.
All Guest cancellations received less than 14 days from Rental Agreement Check-In date forfeit Reservation Deposit. Extenuating circumstances will be considered at Homeowner discretion.

***Liability:
Renter/Guest agrees the Owner will not be liable for damages or injury to the guest, guest's family, agents, etc. while in our rental home. Renter/Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any and all costs, expenses, attorney fees, claims or demands whether from damage to the property or injury to the Guest entering the property of every kind and nature. Guest is also responsible for any lost items in the home.
Homeowner reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Guest will be notified of any Agreement changes by text/email and provided a printed copy, mailed, upon request.
