Two beach chairs w/ umbrella have already been paid for by owner for guests who stay between March and October. Free WiFi is available. There are also games, beach toys, extra beach chairs, a small cooler, DVD's and books available in the condo for guests to use during their stay. A Rental Agreement will be required to be e-signed during the booking process. SPLASH requires a Registration Form listing all occupants and a one-time fee of $30 due upon arrival for parking passes & arm bands (which are required for use of pools and other amenities). Signing guest must be at least 25 years old, provide Photo ID upon arrival, and be an occupant during the entire rental period. This condo is for FAMILIES and is NOT for College &/or High School Groups. NO PARTIES allowed.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. (Central time). If the housekeeper finishes early, guest will be contacted about early check-in. Check-out is strictly at 10 a.m.(Central time). The door code will be sent 24-48 hours prior to arrival.
This is a NO SMOKING condo in a NO SMOKING resort. Anyone smoking in the condo, on the balcony, or anywhere on the property will face eviction, loss of all rent & fees and additional fines.
Guest will be responsible for anything missing, damaged or permanently stained. A $350 Security/Damage Deposit is required and will automatically be placed as a hold (not a charge) on the credit card before arrival and will be released upon guest departure after confirmation of no damage or missing items.
IMPORTANT For VRBO & Airbnb Bookings: If you are trying to book and are getting an ERROR message, please let me know because their system is glitching really bad right now. Immediately after you book, you will receive the Renter Agreement by email and it must be e-signed within 24 hours. If you do not see it in your Inbox, please check your email's Spam folder. The Service Fee that you are charged comes directly from VRBO or Airbnb for choosing to book through their platform and is not a fee from me.
