First time renting in the Summerhouse but trusted a friend's referral for this unit, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The condo was recently listed on the website so had no reviews. I think the owners are new according to their profile. The condo came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella so I didn't have to haul those things down to the beach. It is beachfront property, but no one wants to lug their own beach chairs down to the beach. The 2-bedroom condo that I stayed in was spacious, clean, and recently refinished with beautiful furnishings. The living room featured comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances and everything I needed to prepare meals during my stay. Both bedrooms were comfortable and inviting, with plenty of closet space and cozy bedding. The bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels. One of the highlights of the condo was the stunning view from the balcony, which overlooked the pools and beach view. I spent many mornings enjoying my coffee while taking in the beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The condo we stayed in at Panama Beach was wonderful. We were thrilled with the location, which was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The furnishings in the condo were comfortable and modern, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed being so close to the Gulf of Mexico, as we spent a lot of time at the beach during our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our accommodations and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Panama Beach.
